- I take you guys with me to go surf fishing at a Florida beach! There are so many different types of fish in the ocean, and especially in Florida you never know what you can catch while surf fishing! I did not expect for this to happen..
Again, I want to thank each and every one of you for the support! At the time of this upload we just passed 450,100 I'm having so much fun making these videos, lets keep this rolling!

Pompano have a small mouth. Use peeled shrimp on a #6 hook. Forget the fish bites. You won't catch much on that stuff down there. Your rig looks OK except the beads. I'd lose those. When it's trashy like that just fish one rod and hold it. But mainly you need better bait and smaller hooks.

Goodness, 300 yards? I can only throw it as far as up to 40 yards.

@@xxjessexx That was when I started fishing again after 6 years lol. On average I can now throw my rod 60-80 yards. My longest was only 100 yards.

I say if they are too stupid or ignorant to notice they just walked into your fishing line, thats on them. Laugh, point your finger and they may learn not to interrupt fisherman in the future. Your line was there first. Tourists are like birds... they almost seem to enjoy getting caught in your fishing line.
Your comment about people walking under your lines, I don't know of any rules about it, but it is a point of eticate. I always try to walk around behind someone fishing. I too am a fisherman and love saltwater fishing. You never know what you will catch or how big it will be. Enjoyed your video by the way.
I grew up on the beaches of NC. Watching you surf fish is so relaxing. It's like I'm back fishing on the shores again. Also, its true. Pompino tastes amazing.

Next time you are bait-less, so to speak, would you please chunk bait your line with that whiting you caught. Match the hatch holds everywhere. Enjoyed your visit.

Next time you’re looking for sand fleas, grabe a piece of bait and stick it in the sand with a knife. It should attract and sand fleas in the area. Worked for me in Puerto Rico.
Make it up to RI/MA in the spring for some tautog fishing and albies. Hit me up! I do alot of surfcasting.
Its crazy how ppl refuse to simply walk around the rods and insist on walking through the lines like overgrown toddlers 😂

Generally speaking, people are required to avoid interfering with a person legally fishing or hunting. You have your license, and your'e fishing within the regulations, everything is ok.
I know up in the Pensacola area they are catching black fin tuna within a few 100 yards of the beach may be what you seen jumping they are catching them from there ocean fishing kayaks.

Try throwing a Paddled tail grub on a Carolina rig with a slow retrieve. We get bites on surf perch on almost every cast over here on the west coast

Trouts in the ocean I don’t think so. You’ll will find them in the lake right?
When the water goes back to the ocean look at the sand that looks like it has a bunch of divots or bubbles. That's them digging down. U will see it.

I surf fish in the Tampa area & the thing about people getting "clothes lined" is an issue on every beach. In my case it's the "long distance swimmers'" who want to swim the whole length of the beach. Haven't hooked one....... yet.
