- Fishing the crystal clear waters of KEY WEST for whatever bites! This is my first time ever kayak fishing the Florida Keys and it is paradise! We head out on a Florida saltwater fishing mission to see what we can catch! I did not expect for this to happen..

I think you were throwing good stuff. I've been watching Fishaholics videos from the Indian River (Florida, not DE) area. He throws Voodoo shrimp and swim baits as you were doing. He uses Pro Cure on his, though. Maybe give that a shot. Do you have a cast net? If so, try to get some minnows.

You need to take a look at "Key West Kayak Fishing" on RUclips. Steve has hundreds of excellent videos that show you what to fish for, how to fish for them and even where to fish! He is really really good.

I was in this keys this whole weekend. Had a blast. Fished non stop. Caught a bunch of keeper mangroves a few lanes and a bunch of grunts as well!!! Gotta live the keys!!! Silver sides and live shrimp is my go to baits
At 19:20 right before you sat down if you look just outside the next cut in the mangroves past the one you casted into there was a massive snook just chilling 🤣😭

You’re working that shrimp insanely fast homie. Gotta slow it down a fair bit and just bump it slowly along the bottom. It’ll increase the amount of eats you’ll get 10x
