I genuinely think you did a great job on this video, as well as I do definitely think if they are going to have forced lockers make them free, and they really do need to install double sided lockers
I emailed customer support (August 2024) and got this response for anyone wanting updated info: "You are correct, loose articles are not permitted on the following rides (El Toro, THE JOKER, Kingda Ka, Jersey Devil Coaster) and should be left with non-riders or secured in lockers. But, guests with Flash Pass have special lockers upon entry at the Flash Pass Line, so they have a place to leave their phone once they are checked in with the flash pass. Any other ride, BESIDES the ones listed above ^, allow you to have your phone up until your getting on the ride. You are able to leave your personal belongings near the cup holders or in the shelves." I have yet to visit the park myself to try these Flash Pass lockers though
Not So Great Adventure has fallen hard. It's basically a local park or for New Yorkers to hang out and get away with things they cannot at Hershey. I dropped my Diamond Elite Plus after 5 years and opted in to Hershey. A park that gives you a PREMIUM EXPERIENCE FOR A PREMIUM PRICE👍
I dont know if forced lockers are really a problem. My issue is when forcedlockers are PAID. Universal has free forced lockers, and its great. I was pissed having to pay for lockers at seaworld, which are forced. They don't have metal detection, but they do say no loose articles allowed.
Honestly for me, their problem is that their coasters suck. They have this, compounded by the fact that you could just drive a little bit further and end up in Dorney or Hershey instead, which are leaps and bounds better options. I'd only go to this park if I lived in the same town tbh. My mind is blown that you seemingly _actually_ traveled from somewhere beyond the tri-state area to go to this.

I believe they recently installed double sided lockers on El Toro. Definitely a step in the right direction.
I’ll probably end up paying $10 to store away a credit card, while someone behind me gets away with bringing their dog🙄

Saleem is out of touch with the customer so not surprised.
Saleem did not implement this policy.

The lockers honestly prevent me from going to Great Adventure. It’s a hassle I don’t want to deal with.
