Doug Demuro recommends cars that you'd lease for 1 year before returning because they'd break down in 2. Pretty much no one would actually follow his suggestions except for old retired dudes looking for a fun weekend car.
The filming while looking at the road was beautiful , the sky , the mountains, everything...it looked like a video game ...great job on the cinematography ! 👍👍👍🧡
Wow, it's wild how far Kia/Hyundai/Genesis has come. I feel like if they start pumping out more little sports cars we will be looking back in twenty years like how we do with JDM. Could you imagine the next generation of car nerds having a KDM scene? Wild!!!!!
If they would make the raw stainless steel body G70 coupe prototype they debuted a few years ago they really would blow people away. That car was amazing and I've been waiting and hoping it would go into production.
I mean.. this car pretty much took over where the G37 left off. Genesis is a truer representation these days of Infiniti's core values than Infiniti themselves lol!
Love this review! As an owner of the 2019 AWD version of the exact same car, I can say that the AWD version feels very controlled, even when you give it the beans. I agree with everything you said about the G70! Thanks for giving us awesome reviews!
Sarah, this is a great car review. Lots of funny inuendos and that gorgeous Arizona sky make it a pleasure to watch. Also, the under-car segment is a real plus to your reviews.
When you compare looks, performance, safety, warranty, service, technology, and price, there is no better value out there. I just picked mine up last month and absolutely love it. Equipped the same as this but in Vic Black....gorgeous! Tinted windows now its my spy car
15:06 I don't know were this location is, but it's beautiful. The sky, clouds and mountains against the yellow fields is so picturesque. I thought it was cgi or a video game at first. Wow.
Hey, Sarah... first time watching you! You did a great job reviewing this car! Love your scoring system and sense of humor! Keep that going! Love the G70!
I drive a G80 and got one of these as a loaner once. It was indeed really fast - as fast or faster than my Genesis Coupe 3.8, which was surprising. As for overall, I like my G80 much more. But, that’s just me and the fact I bought a luxury car and not a race car.
What a fantastic video. Your reviews get better and better. The format kept me watching and you point out many relevant details about the car no other so called reviewer would notice. You are the hardest working RUclipsr and turning into the best car reviewer on RUclips.
Love the single-take dash cam drive. It really shows off the beauty of AZ and we get your immediate impressions. Hyundai/Kia/Genesis continue to up their design and quality game while still offering great value. 👍
Love your car reviews and the way you make it both funny and informative. FYI though, the reason why the dash gages are analog on one side and digital on the other is because when you click on the turn signals the rear cameras will act as a blind spot monitor and visually show you what may be in your blind spot on the left and right side of the car. And I read the reason why Genesis didn't bring the "Shooting Break" wagon to the States is because they didn't want to steal any thunder from the GV70 SUV. Otherwise keep up the great work😇
I notice your videos are starting to be interrupted by the longer, more current ads that you can't skip. Congrats! Your channel is obviously attracting the attention of the YT Gods.
I pay for RUclips and no adds, and can download, listen videos even if I turn off the screen! Then music videos listened while turned off the screen. And if at home, its came with a video on my monitor.
1:18 formerly they had massive front bumpers to avoid damage. With this design, you immediately have quite some expenditure when crashing on a car that stops very quickly in front of you.
They probably saw a reduction in front end collisions with the forward collision avoidance with the previous years. That radar plate is bound to help and makes highway cruise control almost too brainless
Great review, made my day. About the dials, if the screen fails or you go into a limp mode, you still have key info like fuel level and speed so you can get home or to the shop.
BMW, Audi and Alfa Romeo have double control lower arms also. I own a Giulia and can guarantee this makes it so much better in the handling department compared to conventional front suspension setups. Very sexy Genesis btw.
I wish I could enjoy the soothing sound of seagulls, by the sea, but all I hear is a warning they're about to let loose on pristine pearl white mica. Great review, love the one-take approach.
Love this video, thanks! I have the Canadian 2022 AWD Sport Package. I had no idea what the netting was used for until you showed me, I totally use it now. But I really have to say is for its value the G70 is a great bang for the buck. Seriously, from what I've researched, if I wanted to bump up to Mercedes/BMW comparable with over 400hp+, I could install $4k-5k worth of upgrades and still save over $20k compared. This is a sweet ride!
"Engine turned" swirl marks... Sarah, great content, and I'm glad you talk like the rest of us that have actually partied.... glad you are on you tube... and you are raising the bar.... Great Legs...
Genesis is really killing it. Too bad I can't buy one because the nearest Genesis dealer is about half a million miles away. They really need to work on that.
4:50 it's called jeweling. Originally done on higher end and custom rifle bolts and recievers and is done on a milling machine to precisely control the distance and overlap of each swirl. *anyone who can can freehand this with a grinder is extremely talented.
I have a 2022 g70 3.3 all wheel drive cars a little beast test drive hit 160 mph and still wants to go already starting with up grades and one of the 1st owners on the east coast
This car is cool but myself I like the stinger more and its nice that people are starting to make power for this engine some being 700WHP . Its nice that the co. PURE has made a turbo for the Veloster N hope they upgrade the turbos on this engine thx for the review Sarah.
Btw...that design you liked on the "alu minium" trim is called "machining" or "tooling". It is done on metal with a circular grinding tool or even your fingertip on silver or gold leaf. Love your reviews Sarah.
1:18 formerly they had massive chrome front bumpers to avoid damage. With this design, you immediately have quite some expenditure when crashing on a car that stops very quickly in front of you.
That Bugatti finish on the aluminum is called "engine turned". And that is a Data Matrix code rather than a QR code. There was a whole mess with a company claiming IP on them 15 years ago which is why I know the difference.
Does anyone look at the cars in these reviews?? I mean, I am here for the cars but damn, and not just the looks, real intelligence too what a combination. Well done.
I know that other RUclips has a lot of followers and what not, but yours is the only one I actually enjoy watching from start to finish. 👍🏻 There in lyes the issue. 50g’s is in the ballpark where people are now concerned about the marquee they drive. Have you ever met someone who actually spent that much on a Hyundai?? 🤔😉 It’s not a bad car and a welcome alternative. Maybe in a decade or so when the rest of the baby boomers and Gen x’s, who have built up the typical marquess, have disappeared from earth.. 😂 P.S. you know it’s getting really warm down where you are when you’re in fun summer wear. 😉👏🏻😎
Thanks for this review, it was hella funny. Undercarriage, YeaH! I've seen front knuckles like that on Audi's and certain Japanese cars I think. Totally agree on the weird exhaust design. Side note: badge looks like Aston Martin? Steering wheel looks like current Peugeot? Build quality of Korean cars has gone noticeably WAY up over the last years and they give crazy long warranty (or is it guarantee?) periods. Looks like a very nice car over all, this other, other car. Just not a big fan of the current big front grille school of design.
Doug Demuro : Reviewed hundreds and hundreds of cars. Never once looked underneath. Always great content Sarah!!

Doug Demuro is overrated

My dream car was an rc350 test drove my g70 and fell in love. I still love Lexus but got damn.
I bought this car three days ago. I absolutely love it. ❤
“Since all of you are equipped with eyeballs”. Yes, I’m equipped and they were working overtime when you said that. 🤩

Wow. Sarah’s only the 2nd car reviewer I know of who lifts the cars they review. Glad to see someone else doing this!
The skies in Arizona are so beautiful... Amazing review!!!
Yep! It was pretty out there. Thanks!

The machine surface technique is called engine turning, the cris cross pattern is called diamond tufts. Very nice car review!
Thanks , Sarah .
I've been watching Sarah for years. Not just cars.
Sarah is One of a Kind! I've never met or seen a woman this intelligent about mechanics of cars!
I don't know about you but those clouds during that little run - hypnotic. This channel is so unique and fun!
Yes, yes and YES.
This review cheered me up. The way an accelerating car makes you smile is contagious.
Your one liners are so clever in delivery and hilarious ... breaks up the monotony of most car reviews. Appreciate the humor.
This car impresses the s**t out of me! Great review Sarah!
The only channel that can hold my interest to the end about a vehicle I care nothing about!
Commentary while driving is a hit in my book, keep it coming.
I have a 2019 G70 3.3T AWD it's been flawless, best car I've ever owned. Great review, informative and entertaining!
Great Car review as always. No one does deadpan one liners as well as you. That is a nice addition of the driving commentary.
My new favorite car reviewer, funny, smart, intellectual and helps that you’re a beauty, keep it up !

Hey, Sarah... first time watching you! You did a great job reviewing this car!

Love the G70!
This is the BEST review I've seen on the G70!!!!!! Excellent!!
I drive a G80 and got one of these as a loaner once. It was indeed really fast - as fast or faster than my Genesis Coupe 3.8, which was surprising. As for overall, I like my G80 much more. But, that’s just me and the fact I bought a luxury car and not a race car.
Had my 5.0 G80 for a bit over a year now. Still surprises me how much it wants to get up and go. So much fun.
"ooh this is tight back here... never mind this is a car review" lol.
thats what she said 🤣
Awesome to see the manufacturer's putting in the switchback LEDs so we don't have to (because I always like that look better).
Great car review!
Love the James may in the background!

“Jeweled” is what thats called on a rifle bolt. Seems like that would be the right term at that scale around the shifter.
I’ve heard it called “turning” as well
@@dobie25fan machine turned
Also old time pocket watches inside were jeweled. Make plain flat metal stand out like a jewel!
Jeweled seems ok. How about "Fish Scaled"?
Those vintage Edison bulbs on the touchscreen rock.
Nixie tubes.

Hey Sarah. My 86 year old watchmaker friend just bought this in a beautiful shade of deep blue .
Gorgeous !
Wow that wagon model looks amazing, damn
Sarah you look so pretty in this episode also!
Sarah always looks pretty
That wagon is also pretty, you are right!
All right... now which one was that title up there talking about? "Drop Dead Gorgeous..." 'cuz the car's not bad looking either!! 🤣👍

You say “tight” and I chuckle. Perhaps one day I’ll grow up….. Nah! You bring out the fun in all of us. 😎👍
Growing up is overrated
Growing old is inevitable. Growing up is optional. I hope I never stop laughing at innuendo's and dirty jokes.

What a beauty. But I had to watch a second time because I missed what the G70 was all about!
Love 💕 the new sky view angle. Looks amazing from the hood.
You called out Doug! I had to rewind twice! Both you and Doug are 👌 love both channels.
That AZ scenery during driving was amazing.

About the dials, if the screen fails or you go into a limp mode, you still have key info like fuel level and speed so you can get home or to the shop.
That's what my first thought was too. I believe Lexus does something similar with its mechanically re arrangeable display.
BMW, Audi and Alfa Romeo have double control lower arms also.
I own a Giulia and can guarantee this makes it so much better in the handling department compared to conventional front suspension setups.
Very sexy Genesis btw.
Absolutely lovely as always. The car has an interesting exhaust note. Love the interior.
Wow… the headlights are…. Gorgeous! Perfect sized and oh so beautiful and supple!
It's great to see you Sarah! I hope your assistant search is proceeding well. Happy Holliday!
Fantastic job, you pretty much nailed the one-take commentary. It's very apparent how much quality you prioritize over showmanship.
Calling out quirky Demuro...love it!

Great review, Sarah! Unless Audi comes out with something special when I'm ready to trade in my *A4* in two years, I'm definitely considering a *G70.*
Genesis is really killing it. Too bad I can't buy one because the nearest Genesis dealer is about half a million miles away. They really need to work on that.
its called "engine turning" to put those designs on metal
Also referred to as "machine turned" sometimes which I think sounds cooler. But that's just me.
The scene of the one-take was breathtaking. The sky was so blue it almost looks computer-generated. Need more videos with that.
Love the looks, and the low-end torque!
I don't envy the heat where you live, but those views and big blue skies are awesome.
I love how you blend in the humor into the specs of the car…
Cant get over how amazing that sky looks with those clouds , its looks unreal :D
Great video Sarah. I love watching all your stuff.
During your 2nd road trip I was taken by the beautiful sky and clouds in the distance. How lucky you are to live in such a wonderful location.
Best review yet. Digging the one take ma'am.
Thanks for the review. Absolutely love the G70 (Perfect combination of luxury, performance, and price)
The technique is called "Engine Turning" on your trim panels.
