Updating everyday! Day one: super inflexible, probably around a foot or so off the ground Day two: I feel as though I’ve improved a lot! I improved in my stretches and got my splits farther down Day three: I’ve gotten an inch or so down since day two Day four: only a few inches away from split!
Mira 26 wherever ur stuck at and u feel like u can't do it anymore just hold there for 2-3 more second and then ur body gets used to it and u can go lower if that doesn't work all u have to do is keep practicing 3-5 mins a day and u will get it down I guarantee it

Guy this actually works I want from a 10 inches to 6 inches so I decided to do it all again in the same day and I want from 6 inches to the floor this has really helped me alot thank you 🎉🎉
It is impossible to do the split in one day if you’re not too flexible. You have to stretch every day for a while...I’m kind of flexible but never been able to do the split...there’s no way I can do a split in one day
tysm :) I actually got my left split already, but it’s difficult to maintain it so I’m not really focusing on my right or middle split because I am really inflexible on both sides. But I got my left split (still stretching everyday to keep it where I want it to be). Hopefully I can stop being lazy and start on my right splits. But congrats to you!

@@mohamadlb6867 they probably USED TO have their splits since they said they used to be very flexible. and probably due to not stretching for a long time, they lost their flexibility. i think you misunderstood their comment.

Honestly that is basically what this is just chilling in uncomfortable stretches till it stretches past your comfort zone in to a split
"you can hold it for minute or longer" I barely hold it for 3 seconds
