Last few years has been mental being a hammers fan, bloke at my work started supporting us since the Europa run 😂 never thought I’d see glory hunters coming to West Ham
As an American Hammer, the radio was great because that's how I experienced the Conference League final. Along with the other cups and numerous league games that NBC doesn't air.
Born in Stratford, raised in East Ham, moved to Brentwood, now living in Thailand, a season ticket holder in the 90's. This was a wonderful piece of nostalgia. Now trying to explain his heritage to my son and what it means to support West Ham.
@bangkokney8708 Ah, pie and mash. One of the only things I miss. There's a good pie and mash shop in my home town. Brentwood, owned by Paul Konchesky. Thailand needs some pie and mash shops!
Yes, in the words of one of my favourite Motown songs: ‘I second that emotion’ Phil. I’m surprised one hasn’t opened in Pattaya with the amount of expats there, a lot from our neck of the woods too. Best regards, Tony ⚒️⚒️⚒️

I know it's Barcelona's slogan to say "Mas que un club" but I think that applies to us too, West Ham is also much more than just a club! It's a family, a culture, a way of life, a bond, a rollercoaster but more than anything it's an identity. You're either West Ham or you're not, you don't choose West Ham, West Ham chooses you and I am SO glad West Ham chose me because it truly is the best club in the world and I could not imagine supporting anyone else! What a video and what a club, I do think Declan Rice should have been involved though because yes he doesn't play for us anymore but he DOES understand West Ham so he should have been a big part of this video imo #COYI ⚒️⚒️⚒️
I’m West Ham and my Dad and sister and brother are also West Ham when I was young my Dad said to me strap yourself in, supporting West Ham ain’t easy and it’s like being on a rollercoaster but I have no intentions of getting off!! COYI ⚒
U don’t chose to support west ham you are born into or not. ⚒️ Lost for words with Nobes what a gent he is, living all of our dreams as a fan. I don’t think he has still realised what’s he’s achieved. LEGENDARY ⚒️
I blame Trevor Brooking. Tasmania, early 70's, B&W Tv, 1/2 hour weekly English football highlights program. Trevor Brooking and West Ham were what captured my attention. Hammer for life since. COYI ⚒⚒⚒
Became a Hammers fan when I was playing call of duty with a few fellas from London and I’m from Pennsylvania, this was back in 2009. Had no clue about English football but something about their passion was special. Ever since then… Wouldn’t trade being a hammers fan for anything in the world. Now let’s take over Europe again!! COYI!!!
Please please please don't give Moyes a new contract. it will break my heart if we have to suffer his dreadful non football for any longer. We really do deserve better and you owe us better. Moyes out now. Enough is enough.
My school football captain was West Ham. I was 8 years old. I thought I should support West Ham if I wanted to be successful and happy like him. That was 40 years ago. Thankyou Paul Drew for ruining my life Bastard.
I dont watch anything with David Moyes in it. Or David Moyes related. He is making our club a joke. I did watch this. Thank you for making it. What memories. Upton Park, Pie and Mash shop, Carpenters Arms..... where was the Peanut Man? .....Could go on forever. And that's just it, we could all go on forever, a hell of a lot longer than all these that call themselves fans...Moyes, Sullivan, Brady to name but three. Get them out of our club as soon as possible ⚒️⚒️⚒️⚒️
David moyes is not the story of west ham, hes an insignificant part of it and by no means the greatest part of our history. His football is mind numbingly boring and his man management is nonexistent. moyes OUT!
Appreciate Moyes for what he's done but people turned up to Upton Park to watch exciting football not this dross we are served up week in week out. West Ham is all about enjoying ourselves on the pitch and giving everything for the badge, not anymore under Moyes and his shit player selections like Kalvin Phillips.
West Ham is a culture. When someone says “I’m West Ham” you know what that means
West ham is for everyone nowadays
@@kingrobert7246 I was pleasantly surprised to see the amount of non West Ham fans that were genuinely happy for them winning the trophy last season
