    Many of your comments while learning is exactly what I say when I'm learning new music. Also enjoyed hearing you sing some of the phrases to learn them. For the next thing (assuming you haven't already) you can do Highly Strung by Orianthi. Great duet with Vai.

    ..Great Job as per the norm.. I'm very sorry I never previously saw one of these where you're learning a song or lead.. This was my fave vid so far .. You curse like the first mate on my boat you float !! Lol.. I do the same when frustrated while messing up while I'm trying to record.. the F word starts flying !!

    For anyone that doesn't know, whammy technique is actually pretty damn tricky. The part she struggled on is much more difficult than it looks. I can use a whammy pretty damn good but I've never been able to do that and make it sound fluid

    A very underrated player who made really great use of the whammy bar in my opinion was the late Derek Frigo of Enuff Z ‘nuff. Well worth checking out if you haven’t done so already… 👊

    Ego death is one of my favorite songs right now, everything about it freaking rocks. Funny there seems to be a small section in the guitar community (on youtube at least) that cant set aside Polyphia's weirdness and just enjoy the music. Love your face Sophie, keep on shredding 🤘🤘

    Thanks Sophie. Although I don't disagree that Steve Vai is a master of using the whammy bar, let's not forget Jeff Beck RIP who was the real Jeff, not the virtual Jeff, and the greatest whammy wielder.
