When I started I couldn’t do 10 minutes, now I’m mixing shorter videos and doing 45 mins combined. I appreciate you!

These are bit more bulky than traditional dumbbells but the rubber grips are great for keeping hold. Very comfortable and the weight selection is convenient and easy.

I've just finished this workout . Apparently it's disposed towards biceps than the rest of upper body, as my biceps are feeling the aftermath now. 🤣An awesome workout, nonetheless!
