To be honest, you do not need the derailleur hanger. All you have to do we're to tighten up the B screw and you'll have a better shifting for Deore. It can clear that range easy peasy.
I did try it initially if i remember correctly. but the clearence to small cogs and RD were to small and it used to hit. Had to bring it down for that reason. But yes worth trying
@rawride if you tighten up the B screw, it will pull the upper pulley far therefore the clearance won't be small on the smallest cogs and then you'll be able to clear up the range of your cogs seamlessly
