35005 Canadian Pacific in blue at Hinckley 09.01.1999.

On the cold, sunny morning of Saturday 9 January 1999 rebuilt Merchant Navy 35005 'Canadian Pacific' in blue livery powers up the eastbound gradient towards Hinckley station. The Bulleid Pacific had taken over the train, the 'Merchant Capitalist', at Nuneaton and was running about 25 minutes late because of the relief guard's late arrival.
