If u having trouble falling asleep there is a trick that I made and its been helping me and its so simple all u gotta do is:
. Make sure bed is comfy
. Make sure u r not too cold and not too warm
. If u want a teddy bear can keep u cozy and more safe(no matter what age)
. Listen to some soft piano music or sounds of the forest
. And lastly while the music is playing count till u fall asleep but in ur head (don't stop counting even if u getting tired) anyway I hope it helps with u 💕💕
