5 am here and my brother was trying to sleep for 6 hours straight. He and i tested positive for corona. He has fever and stomache. I opened this randomly and he just slept in first 15 min. I feel so thankful he can resting well right now.

Something we can perhaps do during the day.
During the day when you feel nervous or anxious , breath out (long and slow) through your mouth to activate parasympathetic nervous system to feel immediate relief. Don't worry about breathing in as your body will do that for you.
Chew gum to salivate and trick your brain to believe everything is normal. This is because when we get anxious our mouth drys.
Write down your thoughts and always remember feelings and thoughts keep changing.

Thank you for your words. I have acute something or another anxiety. It doesn't bother me usually until I try to go to sleep. Then I get I scared to fall asleep because my brother passed away in his sleep when he was 27. That was 15 years ago and I'm 38 now and scared to go to sleep every night. I can't even take a nap from fear. I dozed off and wake up immediately nervous.
I love how chill this place is. Insomniacs are so loving. It’s 1:01 am rn. Trying to drown out the intrusive thoughts and the sound of my grandfather snoring. I love y’all. Please find time for yourself this week to do something you love.

I lost my mother in December, it will always hurt because she was the world to me and I her only son with three sisters. Listening to this made me think a lot about her and I became emotional. She is irreplaceable to me and this helps me relax and fill the void for a while, knowing she’s in a better place. Time heals, but you will never be completely healed. I watched her take last breath 😢 I love you always mother. Memory Eternal ❤

Hey I'm so sorry for your loss. I know how you feel truly as I watched my dad (king of my heart) take his last breath too and that was 6 years ago tho it still feels like yesterday. It will always hurt and u will always miss them and long to hear there voice or feel their arms around you but I promise you she is definently watching over you from heaven! I waited almost 2 years after my dads passing to see a medium ( never believed in them until this one) who mad it 1million percent clear that heaven is real and passed on messages from my dad that only he or I could possibly know! Stay strong, especially for your sisters. It's never really goodby...it's til we meet again. 🙏❤️🙏❤️

There is not a day in our household that doesn't have sunshine or a day in our household that doesn't have thunder and rain. To make our day a bit more relaxed and bright, we should never stress too much about anything. And to avoid worry, I find this music really helpful.

I have been having a very rough time lately. It's a struggle being a mother stuck at home with nothing for the kids to do since it's been to cold and snowy. I've sat up at night thinking if I'm doing the right thing or how I could've done things differently. These comments are amazingly beautiful they've brought a smile to my face. Keep your head high and find peace within the smaller things in life. When the darkness rolls in find positives and do basic things thag help you get your light back for example something small like making your bed. If you have a crappy day just remember you bed is made and ready for you to sleep.

My little baby girl is drinking from my breast while slowly falling asleep and thinking about all the new things she saw during this day... She's only 6 weeks on this planet and yet, when I look into her eyes, I have the feeling that I've known her my entire life.. This music made me think of all that we went through during pregnancy and birth, the moment she came out of me and into this world. I have tears in my eyes when I think about this magical moment again 🥺 this little person laying beside me is so vulnerable, it's completely dependent on me.. I will give my best to be the best mom you could ever imagine, and my love for you is eternal. I love you my little Dahra ❤️
I nursed both of my babies until they were two because I just loved holding them so close😊

Wow, I've read your comment at a time my son is six weeks, exactly 1 year younger than your daughter, amazing. He was born on 18/02/23. I played this for him to help him fall asleep because he's in pain from the vaccine jabs he got in the day. This did the trick.
Nothing can take away the most simple pure beautiful things in life that gives us the strength to survive, such as music and nature like this
