When I see "20 minutes...." I think to myself "that's not going to be enough...." Was I wrong! I had sweat drippin' down my back, and I never sweat on my back. WHAT!!! I'll never doubt your workouts again. It's the incline that does it. A good one to repeat and build on. Thanks
Same here. I always think I need 30 minor more. Wrong. Wrong. Wrong. I was just slaking off and not pushing myself enough. I guess I hold back because i think i have 30 min to run. So glad I did this one. It was awesome.
What a killer, my treadmill has no incline and a max of 7,7 mph, (fortunately!), I now realize my base pace is 4 mph, all the intervals and other programs have walk to recover, huge shock to the system with no walk, this is what we need to build up to week 8 of the C25K program, really many thanks for this, will keep struggling on until I can get it done, ❤️

the sweat means it's working... some of us are part of the sweaty people club. Doesn't have to be hot. I'd probably sweat more if I had to keep track calling out all of the intervals, encouraging everyone, and all that math 🤣
