They’re the best , love the storages in their home , a lot of other builders build boxes 📦 not homes , these are homes and beautifully designed, you just got to love the pantry, cabinets and closets in their homes , never knew going small can be still so accommodating! They’re the best .
They've done it in the San Juan secondary bedroom (not the recent reimagined version, the older tours) but so far not in the primary bedroom that I'm aware of.
I love that this Lark has a rear porch (and a side porch on top of that). It's something I always thought was missing from previous Larks. The bathroom is really nice. There's enough separation between the sink/toilet and the shower that it doesn't look cramped. The shower is a decent size, and it has gorgeous tile. The exterior is eye-catching. From the outside, this is easily one of the best-looking tiny homes I've seen.
We are just here for Mr Tiny🤩 we actually visited the lot a few weeks ago in Irving. Got to see Mr Tiny’s cherry red Mercedes parked out front. Very cool! What a great personality he is. We wanted to ask to meet him only because he is sort of a celebrity in our home but the girl at the desk didn’t offer when we asked some questions are were clearly fans lol. We didn’t want to seem weird so basically we chickened out 😆 anyway he’s awesome, we love his signature statement “REAL WOOD!” 🤗 these tiny homes are magnificent . One day when the kids are grown the old man and I will buy one and stick it up in the woods somewhere. Or maybe we will find a tiny village in Texas. Ya’ll take care. Thanks for the entertainment!
One thing I love about your park model homes are the high ceilings with clearstory windows. They really help open up the space. I like that you screen in under the floor of the screened in porch. I had never thought about it but it makes perfect sense. Lots of storage too. Very nice model!

Love the wrap around porch...makes the home feel much bigger...also the screened-in rear porch makes it much more enjoyable....Likes the bedroom accent wall for bed placement! Great layout w living and dining area...Likes the kitchen layout w more cabinets and dishwasher...A fantastic floorpan overall!

Luv the new floor plan. Luv the porch and the rear bedroom. Always good to have room for wheelchair accessibility, except you couldn’t reach the shower head, no grab bars or transfer bench. I’m sure you could install those later if needed. Luv your screened in back porch. Recommend barn door for closet which are easier. And you’re right, the mini split would be better, vents on the floor are a pain. A few other minor things and you would be prepared for wheelchair accessibility in case of illness or accident. Luv the cedar on the porches and walk around room. Thanks again for the Lark reimagined.

OK, so this is my absolute favorite so far. Top reason is LESS windows and MORE wall space. I am an artist and will be using the space very differently than a typical "home". I've been looking for basically a studio I can just sleep in, lol. I hope I can find something like this when I'm ready to begin my tiny home life.
It’s beautiful, but the three feet on the side would have made the home a bit larger , I think 🤔 the porch at the Back is lovely and private, also love the front porch too , but there is no need for the side being only three feet wide , it would have done a great addition to the square foot of the home instead of being wasted , maybe 🤔 a larger closet in the bedroom with three foot extra and extra living accommodation too , but it’s beautiful regardless , they’re homes not boxes 📦 like other builders.
I liked the movable island in the kitchen for added work space , storage, and seating for eating. The outdoor porch is so great that it comes with the house. Wow!!!

First tiny home I’ve seen that is handicapped capable. I appreciate the wider doors and wheelchair flow. I would prefer a wholly screened in porch. Never thought of screening in the underside!
REAL WOOD is BACK! This is by far my favorite park model tiny home. It's time to have a screened in porch, first one I have seen at RRC. Wish that I could have one here.
Beautiful home - love the wrap porch with the 6x6 cedar posts and the Trex decking. Also the wonderful sofa/ transom windows are super for more and better furniture placement. The paint color on the walls is very nice. The wide entry into the bedroom - and the pocket door to tuck out of the way are perfect. The long kitchen and wide corridor make the home open and roomy. The bathroom is a nice size and the shower is easy to enter and exit with out metal sliding doors. Super to have a deck off the bedroom.

I love the wrap around porch. I like that you have already placed all the ceiling fans though out the home. BUT, I really don't like the chandelier. I would change it for a pendant light. I look forward to these videos every week. I hope to downsize soon.
Love the wide doorways and the bathroom. With every floorplan, you may have to give up something, and in this one, the living room is tight. The baby loveseat does not make a living room. Nice color choices and the porch is amazing.
I'm loving thissss. I don't know if the first time Lark had a loft but I would love this model with a loft included. If only where I'm from these were available because I'd totally live in it ☺
Lark doesn't have a loft option. The closest to this floorplan with a loft is probably the Bayside, but you do lose the nice wide doorways because they need that extra foot for the stairs to have enough clearance.

Very pretty. Wish there was an option to turn that whole front door wall into windows though. If I move to a tiny home I want a good view to look at.
This model normally has larger windows, not these "sofa style" ones they've been using recently. So I'm sure it would still be an option.
