Similar thing happened to me on the red add, I was trying to be fancy and jump out and Gust back onto the platform. Nope. I jumped off and gusted out into the Abyss.

You know when you're going to say a word then think of a different word and mix both together? Just do that but instead of words think about gusting away or casting another spell on the add. Turns out when you mix that together you Gust of Wind off the platform! :D
