Birria is so so good! I use a pressure cooker and the flavor is 😘🤌🏽! I haven’t had an americano taco since. Birria is also good with a flour tortilla wrapped like a burrito and then toasted golden brown in a dry skillet on low. OMGoodness!

😂🤣 We Mexicans grow up drinking birria in our baby bottles, birria is a favorite for parties and large celebrations. I learned to make birria as a 5 year old and now thanks to social media every one wants to learn to make birria this is priceless 😘

Brilla tacos rules! Tacos are good, however this is next level amazing. I do prefer making the taco shape on the grill. The crunch is amazing with all that broth flavor grilled in. 😋

Birria it's not a stew! You can turn it into a stew with the consomme. The marinade is the most important part of the meat. And it should be a slow cook process if you're going to pay for meat whether it's go or beef you might as well take your time!.

This isn’t even close to birria tacos wtf! You’re supposed to add cheese, and fry the taco in the red fat from the broth… you don’t dunk it in broth and griddle a wet tortilla!! The broth or consommé is meant to be served on the side to dip with. This is maddening to watch.
