seems to me like driving this one in manual is so good, gear lever is so close , feels like driving some kind of lambo or other sporty car rather than truck. That jake brake apply automatic when u push brake pedal or u have to put this on manualy ? in MAN TGX i have it manualy or automaticly when apply foot breake
great footage! this is a brilliant position of the camera, i drive b-doubles and this captures the view, maybe some commentry to explain what your thinking? cheers from Stavros (South Australia)
@@tobymclean6803 I don’t think they’d allow them in my day,one up from Perth to Brisbane. No BS believe me if you want. W Series with a 400 Cat,20 sp Spicer and big diffs. The thing did 180 km per hour , only about 10-12 ton of express freight.
@@tobymclean6803 ever had it go off when you’re actually tired or just for distraction events? Does it notify you if you have an event? The mining company I work uses a similar system in their haul trucks that has a seat vibration system to notify the operator and also sends a video clip of the event to the powers that be for instant review. Top video mate.
@@truckinnloggingnz830 sounds great. it seems like cummins only sent the 620 signatures to Australia and NZ ive also seen some 620 in coaches but the torque is 1950 in those. the truck 620 are built with 2050 trq

Hi Toby my son and I have your truck on several videos on our channel. I am hoping you have even watched them. Can we please please post this video on our channel in a special edition of this Truck?
Is that a manual, 16+ speed gearbox? The dash looks very dated. I’m in Ireland. Those “American” type trucks are not sold here. Volvo, Renault, DAF, Mercedes, Scania , MAN, Iveco. Can’t believe how quite the road is. I see the auto box has taken over here. I presume NZ or AUS. Road markings also different here. Yellow sides, continuous (motorway), dotted, all other roads. Centre lines white. Great video, thanks.
Love how you love it Toby... man that Jake sounds sweet..

Where did you get the red dash globes ?
They come standard in those models.
Great cruising, no other cars on the road so you can’t beat that. Mate what’s the bar on the dash in front of you with the two blinking lights?
It’s guardian fatigue camera bud. It’s a company policy 😊

Count yourself very lucky they don't sell any KWs in Ireland. Scania all the way..
