  • Social media's highlight reel often leads us to believe everybody performs at their peak, all the time. But that's a lie.
    Luckily not everyone needs to suffer from burnout or depression, but you can feel "off" for some time and need a reset. I'm attempting to share the strategies and habits that are helping me manage stress better following a few months which got me close to burnout.

    Always good to see a video from you. Thanks for keeping it real. You're an inspiration man, even in the tough stuff. I feel that part about not disappearing when you have kids and a family. Being a Husband and Father alone is an all-time investment. Rooting for you and your new protocols / boundaries. My best to you.
