Young Sheldon Season 5 Episode 15
Young Sheldon is an American comedy television series on CBS created by Chuck Lorre and Steven Molaro. The series is a spin-off prequel to The Big Bang Theory and begins with the character Sheldon Cooper at the age of nine, living with his family in East Texas and going to high school. Iain Armitage stars as young Sheldon, alongside Zoe Perry, Lance Barber, Montana Jordan, Raegan Revord, and Annie Potts. Jim Parsons, who portrays the adult Sheldon Cooper on The Big Bang Theory, narrates the series and serves as an executive producer.
"Feel free to pick up the pace.. A butterfly just passed us" 😂😂
That was probably me when I started driving but I thought it was pretty funny also lol. The show is funny just in general.
Couldn't stop laughing
that's just one of the many reasons why we love sturgis. he never stops trying to do what's right
I love all the old actors in this show tbh, they all have a very funny sense of humor. Dr link letter reminds me of coach dale lol
This road trip with these three characters will make a good movie and to sweeting the pot you add dale .will make a good laugh
"Armadillo road kill is practically the state animal" 😆🤣
"Noone should be allowed in here!" that made me laugh
Dr Sturgis's character was such a sweetheart, it seemed unrealistic for his character to never have had married.
there're many ''strange'' geniuses in history who got married even after being obnoxious when Dr Sturgis was only strange but such a kind loving innocent soul. The plotline written around his character i.e., of him being alone, without any family, and no grandchildren all his life made NO SENSE when such douchebags in society get to have children, grandchildren and all. I physically hate the writers for deliberately showing such a character as miserable and alone,
He’s alone because unlike him, other pp are not kind and don’t appreciate him.
It is unfortunate but very real. I know a few scientists like him.
Actually in one episode he does mention his first crush
@@ftmrivas3043 how do you know scientists? what do you do for a living
Sheldon voice sure did change
So did Missy’s and Georgie’s, they are growing up.
@Christopher Bingham g nobody knew
Love Dr Linkletter's sarcasm!! lol🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I wish more people treated animals like Dr Sturgis does
Me too
I wish more ppl would treat ppl like Dr Sturges treats animals.
@@janetduncan87Well it goes hand in hand: serial killers abuse animals first
Do you oppose unnecessary violence toward animals or do you buy meat?
@romanski5811 I don't eat meat so...
For anyone wondering, the music at the beginning is the "American" String Quartet by Dvorak (or the 12th string quartet), and it's the IV movement
Sheldone switched into his texan mode
Sheldon in young Sheldon is a completely different character than in TBBT
Its simple, Sheldon needs friends and family to keep himself in check. When he moved out Texas, he regressed to old habits until slowly being built back up by is friends.
He was more wise especially as at 12-14 until he moved out of Texas
I believe some of it too could be after his dad died it affected him so much that he lost some of the maturity he had gained
Was the exchange about the butterfly a homage to the season 1 episode where 14-year-old Georgie drove 9-year-old Sheldon and Missy to see Mr. Cooper in the hospital? He said "I'm going 8 miles an hour. A cow just passed us."
"This animals carry all kind of diseases"- that aged well💀
Why did the chicken cross the road? To show the armadillo it can be done LOL
I love this serie that I found some month ago. So unusual and so on the point.
Especially how Sheldon is "made". And I love their acting. So to the point. Best of the bestis!
Sheldon is on the way to the phenomeminal hit TV Series The Big Bang Theory coz he is growing to be the Sheldon I watched for years.🥰
I like Dr LinkLetter bonds with Sheldon here
"The birds will eat it," time to leave Sheldon outside while severely injured. THE BIRDS WILL EAT IT!
So many things in this episode that represents texas “yes sir” for example and pointed out by sheldon the texas state modo
you really grown up sheldon, i miss the younger version of you
“Real chili has no beans and when my mom says bless your heart she means something completely deferent”
4:15 Now that's too much empathy and he's not wrong, however, this is an animal. If such thing happens to an animal, putting it out of its misery is the best course of action.
They probably didnt have a firearm on them
@@nolixss694 true, I agree
Agreed
Doc Sturgeon said the armadillo reminded him of himself one day, there you got the extra unusual empathy explained. (Plus how they could finish him off? 😬)
@Christopher Bingham And I wholeheartedly and honestly applaud Dr Sturgis for it.
That woman was strong and tough. And a little funny when she gave them the phone
Sheldon is still a southerner.
It's so interesting to see them together
I love how Sheldon defended his friends when the lady wouldn't let them use her phone in the beginning
John's very passionate. It would be wonderful if all humans had an ounce of that.
A butterfly just passed us
Assuming this was before 1995 I highly doubt the speed limit was 75 mph. Was usually 55 I think this is a mistake on the writing team
I don't mean to offend, but who gives a shit?
Dr Linkletter is my favorite character
Seems like good plot for "A half and two men"....
Times like these mobiles come in handy
Link letter was one of the best characters in the show
I like this emboldened Sheldon
Episode still didn't came on Amazon prime. 😭
So much better than TBBT. They really turned a sows ear into a silk purse.
INCONCEIVABLE!
Yeah ... the roads are just as straight as they said ... and ... now that they have the free ways ... they're flat too ... but once upon a time ... it was mile after mile after mile of rolling hills - which sometimes had a cop at the bottom of the next dip with a radar gun pointed right at the top of the rise for all those people who didn't take their foot off the accelerator BEFORE they reached the crest ...
Those free ways must have put a real dent into local incomes from speeding tickets.
.
Man of culture, you’ve changed😥
Did Sheldon just hit puberty or something
Reminds me of a similar scene from "Dusk 'Till Dawn"".
We are such a special species of animal that we have our own hospitals and the other species are all grouped into one type!
LOL LOL😅😅
from thumbnail thought guy on right is O'neill from stargate.
Yoh his voice changed so much
I wouldn't keep driving if I hit a living being. We're all living beings, we're all animals.
Like the armadillo whose life was cut short so was this clip, decapitating it at the moment of celebration as intended for the dear departed.
If I hit an armadillo, I'd be more worried about if it damaged my car.
That’s cuz you ain’t a Texan
@@johnmarston2700 Nah, it's cuz cars these days are so frail. I am about to buy a new Ford Transit XLT - 15 seater van and I am already considering how to reinforce and augment the skid plates and install a massive bumper that will make those pesky highway protesters shit themselves. Fuel economy be damned!!
@@Sight-Beyond-Sight fr whole economy is in shambles
@@johnmarston2700 Agreed. I am slightly insulated though. My company was bought out 4 years ago and they have been pursuing government contracts rather than business to business. I also have some side hustles to supplement our income as well as a hefty savings account should things still go south. I never got stupid with my money even when times were good.
@@Sight-Beyond-Sight that’s smart gotta be careful with money now days real sorry bout your business though
Knowone should be allowed in here lol
Wondering what his Meemaw means when she says bless your heart lol a question for the philosophers
in the south "Bless your heart" means your an idiot/Naïve . there are a few times it is used that it doesn't mean that but it's mostly calling you an Idiot/Naïve.
Are you guys going to try Dairy Queen’s Signature Stackburgers??
John: I just hit an Armadillo
Me: That town became Boring in RDR2 Tumbleweed is better
Riding On It
Did You Walk ?
Can someone identify the music/song in the end?
that is the most damn depressing thing I have ever heard. Also nice!
He's grown much
3:25 oop-
you can catch leprosy from an armadillo.
0:45
Bozingga
sheldons voice is so much more deep wtf
@Christopher Bingham damn ur a fucking genius holy
@Christopher Bingham you beat me to it
I sub u
Why didn't sheldon pickup the texan accent
Fake. Sheldon Cooper won't sit in an automobile without seatbelts
why does indian music play at the end
Sheldon is wearing jeans... is that out of character? Idk. I heard it but idk if it's fannon or cannon?
This would be more enjoyable if it weren't for the bad editing.
Yeah diseases like leprosy
Sheldon ain't that smart! After all....
He's book smart. He's not street smart.
@@OptimusWombat i loved his persuasion in attempt of getting the phone
@Christopher Bingham it wasn't about being smart considering both of the professors were more academically knowledgeable, it's about standing up for what's right.
now that's why i not watching these stupid episode ..... the humor today kinda sucks
