Its not limitation of the software, just several hardware limitations of the motion cockpit. Cables, onboard computer, different motor connection way, Pilots safety issues etc...
i think personaly this sim is awesome i don't care what size screen you got for someone to take the time to design and build it , did a awesome job i wish i had the money to build one i would like to have one............. in my opion A+ man keep up the great work.

u should get the real stick that is used in the f-16 plain.. I've sit in a f-16 plane, the stick is almost stuck, one little movement and u will move. It was so cool!

However, the modeling of turns is completely wrong. If you go into a turn and fly it properly, there will be no lateral forces acting on the pilot AT ALL. Only the vertical acceleration will be felt, i.e. the pilot will feel heavier, "pressed into his seat".
I do not use the input of the stick to move the simulator!!! There is a small program that retrieves the true motion data from the flight simulator. Its the Portdrvr (from Keith Daniel) see etherealsounds link below... Thanos

While the banking axis is obviously an attempt at realism, the result has the complete opposite effect. Though the sensation may be interesting, it is absolutely false and misleading to anyone who has never flown a real plane.

i have seen these with plans around the net. And it is def a cheap alternative than buying full motion simulators that cost 100,000 and up.If they get this to do 360 degree turns and full up/down. then sign me up. If that would to be possible that is. Gotta be a way:(

The "all that money" was 650 euro spend gradually over two years... (27euro/month)... Isn't that bad as most payware addons that became useless over time!! ;-) So, you can add cheap motion capability to your realistic payware addons, and see how tough it is to search for the buttons while doing some real flight... :-D

I've seen the plans for this, and it's actually a rather simple system if you take the time to build it properly.

My main concern would be making sure there is a solid seat bottom so I don't get a metal pole up the ass when that thing malfunctions or collapses.

I cant tell if you are using your feet for rudder control or not... Be sweet as hell if you had rudder pedals tho.Either way bad ass set up man.

You won't find a motion simulator below 50000 that can go inverted the whole cockpit! Search for MaxFlight type simulator...
