You can also make "oatgurt" with soaked oats too. Blend well, cook, and you can strain it before adding your starter but it's a messy pain. I prefer to just leave the fiber in for added health benefits and thickness, just blend well after heating. Never tried using chili stems for the starter though, I always freeze a bit of my last batch and use that, but going to have to try this, thankyou!

I love it even with some simple airfried spicy sweet potatoes with spicy BBQ sauce. Mellows the spice which I have a bit of a challenge with. I just add a little salt to the curd. Sooooo yum! I usually use a probiotic with a lot of different good bacteria as the starter or the last yoghurt, if I have. YUM❣️🌱🧑‍🎤🙌👍❤️

Hey, veganism doesn't say go the extreme way. As long as it's practicable and permissible, do it. As an Indian one can't avoid using ghee in dal etc, of course if we find an alternative to that it's amazing but try not to feel too guilty about it if you can't! so many medications are also not vegan, so just don't worry too much!

FIRDAUS FATIMA as she said the chilli tops is only required when ur setting vegan curd for the first time after that u can use vegan curd to set the next batch of curd maybe this was the second batch of vegan curd that is the reason we didn’t see the chilli tops hope u get it

Why people are preferring vegan diets?
What is wrong with cow milk?

    • @sureshjain6424

Nothing but cruelty on cows and adultering

Yes adulteration 😔 is a big fear.

Coz of the way cows are treated, try watching videos of how they extract milk from cows, they are impregnated on purpose just for the production of milk (if it happens to a human, we call it rape), they don’t let their babies drink mother’s milk, they are separated, and this process is done until the cows can’t give milk anymore, then they’re just sent out for killing and be eaten as meat. Vegan is all about being empathetic not just to our human fellows but also to each and every creature on earth, it’s letting animals live the way they want to live, not being used for human satisfaction. Hope I answered your question.
