For the sake of secrecy only State liked civs and the prison and Stasi personnell were allowed to live near around it so that the normal civilians wouldn't never know of it. THe most infamous is the Berlin-Schönhausen Ex-Stasi prison where the tour guides are actually ex-prisoners of it. I had 2 stations and a prison with a 71% crime probability. Built one headquarters with a helipad attachment and crime dropped to 3% lol. The patrol mode on helicopters is really strong and pretty much clears crime anywhere it goes.
Honestly, I had hoped that Kibz would build a mid-city, jailhouse-mcmansion mash-up, with all of those add-on capabilities. However, i'm liking the evil lair vibes in the gorges.
While the CIB building thenig was neat, I still want you to make a roundabout big enough to fit an automated parking building to the middle of the said roundabout

Haha. Years ago, in some Sim City version, I built a city just like this. A miserable place, called Marienburg. It was massive dirty industrial, mucho $$$, the mayor's mansion was surrounded by police stations, and I skipped on fire 🔥 houses, schools, and medical. It caught fire, and the entire city burnt 😢 down. 😂

The city is going great so far. If you lower the taxes a bit a lot more people will move in. let the high taxes complaint drop from -5 to -3. Also please fix the poo water.
@@elestzat2247 because one could get more by dropping taxes to -3. More people would move in surpassing the ludicrous amount currently being generated. Same way a company would sell its product at a cheaper price and get more profit as compared to selling the same product at a higher price.
