So many of us watching, will be thinking ‘what a dream life’, without fully realising how hard it is. Total respect for what you’re doing and keep the video’s coming
Hey Lindsey! Haha awh thank you. Bare in mind, I went through this and much worse. But it's done and gone in the past now. Looking forward to spring popping out. Thank you, as always for your time.
You get some rotten weather there mate, rarely see snow here on the Cardigan Bay coastline. Fair play to you for getting out in it - and getting on with it!
Aint that the truth haha. This winter has been the worst...So much rain and so many storms. It's hard on those days but you've gotta keep moving :). Thank you for your time and comment.
I am enjoying watching these so much. You are so lucky to have found such a nice spot, and well done for being so caring about everything and nature. The chance to plant a wild hedge is a special thing, something to watch grow and enjoy. Well done, much joy from watching, and it's also nice watching you as you are nice looking and friendly.
Thank you for such kind words and compliment. Makes me smile knowing people genuinely like it all too. I'm most looking forward to laying some of the hedges in about 6 years time. "The best thing we could've done yesterday, was to plant a tree. The next best thing it to plant one today"
Loved your little compress the soil around the little willows dance! Question, with the willows so tiny, is there a risk that your sheep ladies have a bite, a little dessert of willow? … and as you can see I have no real clue what sheep’s are eating.
Hahah YES! So glad someone else noticed it, it was like a little 2 step dance haha. Willow is a natural forage for sheep, which is one of the reasons I planted it. That first section hasn't done well, due to it being a great scratcher. It's all fenced off now :).
a very interesting 'growing fence' - 'Fedge' please keep it updated as i would love to see it when it's growing & how you 'weave' it loving your videos thanx for sharing p.s. would love to see inside the old house too?
I just wanted to say, a massive thank you, to all of you. For your precious time in this busy World. I appreciate you all. Stay kind and curious ❤
Snow looks great on the land! Willow fence takes a lot more effort but it's so worth it - looks supberb!
It is a suprising effort! I thought it'd be easy haha. Silly me! Thank you, as always

Blinking heck lad, you've got me freezing just watching you. 😮. Plenty hot drinks and warm breaks. Take care ❤

@@offthegridwales Hello, will you be doing more of your vids soon. I keep looking out for a new one, to see how things are going.
Sorry Adel, more videos to come this Autumn 🍂 may not be so thrilling but they will be coming. Thank you!
Loved your little compress the soil around the little willows dance!

Hey! Thank you so much. I really appreciate it 🙏 😄
Your willow hedge looks good and will be lovely for your sheep and wildlife too.
Thank you very much. I ended up planting around 2000 willows 😅. The one by my stream is my favourite 😍
Good job . I like your idea of a green hedge .
Thank you! The sheep just saw scratching posts when they eventually joined in hahah
Wow I don't believe you are still getting snow
It gets cold in the hills 😂🤣 (don't forget this is another month)
@@offthegridwales ahhhh ok I see lol, it's very mild here I got my spuds on today.
It is slowly getting warmer here, thankfully. Some tree buds coming out too. Sweet! I hope they're a success.
