- Welcome back. The Louisville home show had some great homes, and Johnny B Goode was one of those that set itself apart by it unique floor plan. Built by Clayton it is part of the Tempo Series, that gicve a big bang for the buck, but not a lot of options.

Yep I like it! I would get rid of the double sink in the master bath for more counter space and/or storage though. I really like how the water heater has its own spot with a door in utility room too.

Nice, but not nearly enough closet space AND the Master bath is very lackluster.
It's kind of meant to be. That is how they keep the prices down on this series.
Needs drawer over cabinets in the island, drop the hood over the stove and put in a nuke. In your opinion having been the house would the two off bedrooms hold a queen bed? Needs wood shelves and closet rods. I agree with you on the master closet. I would two tier the long wall in that closet. In the master bath I still want medicine cabinets above the sink I like the window over the toilet. It is a nice layout and just the right size.
You could fit queens in there, but nt running the length of the room. They would have to go on the wall that does not have the closet door. And you would have about 3 feet from end of the bed to the wall. If you ran them length wise you would have the head on one wall and edge of the bed on the other, so you have room to open the closet door.

Yes, but out of a different plant. Raleigh Clayton has this in stock I think. Their website was where I got the floor plan image.

As far as budget homes go, this is one of the better ones. Once again, a budget friendly home is not available in Montana.
Good version of Johnny Be Good is in the original Back to the Future.
