    While the weight may allude to the density of the metal in the sockets the heat treatment of the actual metal is going to affect the hardness and everyone has their own proprietary heat treatment. they are industry trade secrets

      Exactly - I know enough about metallurgy to know most of the people throwing shade about it don't know what the heck they're talking about ;)

      @@themessygarageYeah that's like the people who try and say Williams USA stuff isn't the same as Snap-on they use different metallurgy no company pays for two different groups of metal They make the same product on the line and just label it different

      Appreciate the comment! As I said in the video, I'll be doing something broader, but I'm trying to figure out how to keep it short enough (likely breaking it into chunks/groups).

      @@themessygarage Yes you made it apparent in your first video. Your choices are ideal in my opinion. I own Koken sockets and strongly considered Icon. SnapOn I have interest in only as a benchmark many compare to.
