You should do a temperature output and efficiency test with the so called quieter pump

id like to see you hook a heater up on high to a battery box, let it run out a full tank, and see how much electricity it consumed through the whole process, then do the same on low.
i agree with the others, the $29 pump is clearly not the same. its very similar shape, but that is because it is a fuel pump made to fit this application lol. itd be like comparing different brand headlight bulbs and saying "well they are the same shape, so no reason to test".

i do appreciate all the info you collect, watched a ton of your videos. dont want that fact to get lost behind the criticism.

Quiet fuel pump is unlikely youll just spend money for no reason, you are better off using sound deadening material and cover the pump to truly reduce the noise of it.

This video is meaningless, lol love your content but this one falls short… you bought both and then ‘looked’ at the $29 pump and concluded it’s the same, but guess what, it’s not. You have no idea, just cause it looks the same does not make it so. In fact many people agree in the reviews the $29 version is LOUDER than the stock pump, but you did not test it and just recommended it. It would have been fine to say don’t bother upgrading the stock pump but instead you recommended a product you didn’t test and I can’t figure out why. BTW I have the $50 pump after spending $29 on a louder than stock pump from WAESKA 🤷‍♂️ so that’s where my comment comes from.

I have the TB2 and really don't notice the click of the fuel pump. The only time I did was when I was priming the unit.
