i'm glad that you mentioned adding more water for an airbrush. i made the paint previously with equal parts water, latex and paint, and it kept clogging my brush. also interesting about using an acid to clean it, i'll have to try that.

Tap water has minerals in it. Like an oyster making a pearl the latex will solidify around those minerals making clumps- clumps clog airbrushes and make stored paint solidify much faster.

are the brows painted on or hair? if hair, then you can paint them carefully with a tooth brush, if they are painted on, then this paint mix works great.
Would this recipe work for painting multiple layers on cracked latex props to repair them? They aren't masks, just static props. Wondering if I should wipe the latex areas to be repaired with Dr. Pepper so they are clean unless that would eat the latex up? Great video BTW!

Best cleaner ever for an airbrush is Carburetor cleaner. it works amazing!

just clean with soap and water- then add latex and paper towel to re-skin, then paint with the latex mask paint- Good Luck!

inside out of sunlight should last years, I would say five easy if the area is climate controlled.
Is it possible to use alcohol instead of distilled water? Would love to know?
no. alcohol will make this paint clot. I use inks that are alcohol based and paint that is water based,

I like Bity Mold supply- Fright props, and Black lagoon supply- but Black Lagoon must be thinned!

How does this hold up against true PAX paint? Pros Aide is pretty spendy but does it have a stronger bond than this?
This holds up amazing- I have used this formula for years and have never had a debonding issue that coulnt be blamed on a dirty/oily mask.
