I thought I was doing something wrong … I ended up making 9 jars with over a cup of brine left over By the time I got it all adjusted, everything was cold 🤦🏻♀️. I steam canned it, and all is well so far - but next time I’ll jar it up in pints to avoid all this fiddling.

I made this today and made 9 - 8 oz jars . Had a spoon left to taste. Pretty good. Looking forward in having it on a crusty piece of bread.
