    Great video! The Bruschetta gets even better once it’s had some time for those flavors to meld together. I usually wait about 2-3 weeks before we start using them.

    Thank you for explanations during the video. I found this recipe in my Ball book and came to RUclips for clarification about the raw tomatoes as I’ve never done that before 🤣. Really appreciate details.

    Looks great ... a few questions - what size are the jars you're using? Also, could diced red onion be added as well?

      I’m using half pint jars but you could do pints using the same instructions. And yes, you could certainly add red inion! Sounds delicious!
