- Making a radiator cover.
I'm using MDF, which will be hand painted.
The top will be solid oak if all goes to plan.
I was hoping to finish it in one go, but I did run out of time. So it has to be completed in the second part.
Thanks for watching.

Great job ,thanks ❤️🏴👍
Which type of router bit did you use to do the inlet strips (3) on the uprights?
Practical project, excellent build and a really detailed and brilliantly edited video. Thanks. That was a pleasure to watch.
Thank you. I'm glad you enjoyed it! 🙂
Amazing work as Usual Mate. :) I am looking forward to the next one. Thank you for sharing..
Thanks Terry! :-)
Damn that’s skills...all in the van too...pure skills...your process is so flawless 👍...I’m definitely jealous 😄
What type of wood did you use? Amazing Carpentry skills!
Could u please explain how you made those molding with the router and which bit you used? It would be nice you to dedicate a video on how to make molding using different bits. Sorry for my English but I'm Italian. Ciao
Riccardo Rick it would be quite long to explain it in a comment, but I might make a video on it one day!
Cheers
I liked it but I didn't have clue what size and router bits you used. Everything was been in fast forward
Seen it all now. And the work that went on in the back of it
Brilliant job just a question tho don't you rout anti clock wise
Nice, handy having a set up in the back of the van like that 👍🏻
Heeey 😁 welcome over here!
It is handy indeed, if you do work on site mostly!
Thanks for the visit. 🙂
Great job mate...👍👍👍
Awesome you are a talented Craftsman. You make it look so easy. All that in a van
Love your workshop in a van! Must be difficult to work in such a confined space! I started in a single garage and that was difficult enough! 👍🏼
i guess it is kinda off topic but does anyone know of a good website to watch newly released movies online?
@Bobby Skyler flixportal :P
@Anthony Alfredo Thanks, I signed up and it seems like they got a lot of movies there :) I appreciate it!
@Bobby Skyler Happy to help xD
Looks great, nice build. Just one thing ... I thought biscuits with MDF was a big no, don't the biscuits swell and bulge the MDF ????
Hi. Thank you. No not at all. There is no reason for the biscuit to swell up. Glue sticks to MDF as well as the biscuit, and that's a perfectly strong joint I can guarantee that.
Solid work! I dig the detailing you did on the fluted columns and base molding....Cheers! Subbed
Hey. Andy Birkey! Thank you.
I em your subscriber since I've seen the interview with Jack bench woodworking.
I was very impressed, you are one of a kind. I Like your story. 👍
Thanks, man! You do excellent work.... I'm keeping an eye out for new videos from you. Keep making cool stuff....
