Great vid. Thanks for uploading. May I ask why you chose to use biscuit joints instead of dowels?

Thanks in advance. What measurements are you using other than the 15mm thickness for the frame and 6mm thickness for the slats. Basically, how wide are the left/right 15mm panels on the front? Also how high are the top/bottom 15mm panels on the front. Obviously the side 15mm panels where you carved out the skirting will depend on how far the Radiator sticks out from the wall, but what size gap did you allow between the radiator and inside the front panels so that the radiator can breathe if that all makes sense.... Just starting out with the intention of making 4 radiator covers like yours but each one is no wider that 1100mm including the TRVs, so my radiator covers will all be single slatted whereas yours is a double slatted cover...

Was a long time ago but I think I used 120mm for all the panels. I think I allowed about 20mm from radiator to slats. The key is the gap in the top to allow the heat to rise out using convection.

Nice work mate I'm planning on making one of these shortly for my front hall so thanks for sharing. I'll probably video mine as well to see how it goes. Cheers again onto part two.
