That's a grand job and really digging the flipperty flops, most jobs I do around the house are done bare foot so at least you added a little protection.
Fantastic job mate. My in laws want me to make them two covers and the one you've made is the exact design that they want. Thanks for sharing. Very helpful video 👍👌
Wow!! I came here looking for a video on how to slightly shave down a cover I’ve bought as it’s about 5mm too short around the thermostats. Now I want you to make me one haha. This looks beautiful. Fantastic job. I’m very jealous I’m utterly s**t at diy 😭
Great video , very clever how you did that . I’ll will definitely be trying this myself . Thanks for the video and can’t wait to see more of what you do .
Wow. nice job. you made easy work of that. I was thinking of building something much more elaborate for a radiator cover, but that looks so good and is so functional that I may borrow some ideas from this.
Oh wow how perfect. I would have loved a clip in the end of your little girl seeing the transformed radiator for the first time. What was her reaction?
hi mate subbed you quality rad cover indeed do you have the dimensions i know you said 15 mm thick what about width of sides and width of slats love it i want to make one cheers buddy stay safe.
Thanks Keith. I used something called a Trend Multi Scribe. I bought it when I renovated our house as it's really handy. Was going to film it but the video was getting pretty lengthy. I might do a separate video on how I use it. 👍🏼
Another great video set. Just one quick question when you made the green marks on the wall for the wall dogs was that just an ordinary marker pen you used or a special marking device?
Hi those Dog Screws you mention, were can I get some from I've looked on B&Q nothings comes up I then looked on Amazon then when they came up they had a price tag of over £144 for packs of 44 of 10 packs 😳
Great job can I ask what make is the jointer thicknesser is it a titan from screwfix if yes how good is it and can you do a review on it thanks keep up the great projects
+little ceaser thanks. Yes it's the Titan one from screwfix. It's not bad for the money but I haven't had one previously so don't have anything to compare it to. Joe at the channel Average Joe's Joinery did a good review of it which prompted me to buy. Check it out. I might do a brief review if I get time.
Great looking cover, but you appear to have trapped the thermostatic radiator valve in the cover. You could well have problems with the radiator not getting hot.
Happy Wife Happy Life No more than the other gaps in the front but it'll heat up the timber a lot before it does, eventually causing it to crack and warp.. Anyway, nice smartarse answer to a simple question. Unsubscribed.
+SCK Woodworking you clearly don't understand the concept of convection and the movement of warm air i.e. upwards and as more warm air follows it the air is pushed out the front. It won't just sit underneath the top. Hence the answer was appropriate to the stupidity of the statement/question. Glad you liked the answer I'll get over it don't worry.
Thanks I guess you could say hobby as I don’t do it for a living but I renovated my entire house so kitted myself out with decent tools as they make a real difference to the quality and last well.
Hi Jake I'm going to be doing a 1 year channel anniversary video soon and asking people for what videos they'd like to see so will put this on the list. 👍🏻
That's a grand job and really digging the flipperty flops, most jobs I do around the house are done bare foot so at least you added a little protection.
End product looks stunning thanks again. Looking forward to building mine now. 😁

just watched your videos i am a joiner and always looking for ideas but that was brilliant from start to finish well done 👍
Thanks Gerard appreciate it. As an amateur it’s nice to know a professional approves! 👍🏼
Great video , very clever how you did that . I’ll will definitely be trying this myself . Thanks for the video and can’t wait to see more of what you do .
Thanks David I hope your build goes well.
Thank you for sharing, you make it look so easy 😊
Wow. nice job. you made easy work of that. I was thinking of building something much more elaborate for a radiator cover, but that looks so good and is so functional that I may borrow some ideas from this.
Another nice, simple build 👍 +1 for the footwear - I've had a 'warped' big toe since a drum of 2.5mm T&E fell onto my flip flopped foot 😢
+Nick Dv my toes are already warped from 20 years of rugby! 😉
😂😂😂 My toes survived rugby, but my nose....................!!
Brilliant I been looking for some fixings like this . Great thanks for tips.
You are welcome.
Phenomenal great work subbed and liked, thanks for sharing such amazing tutorials keep up the good work.😊
hi mate, new subscriber as recommended by 'rag and bone brown'. nice job on the radiator covers. look forward to seeing more videos!!!
Thanks Scott got a couple of builds in progress. Hopefully have one finished for next weekend. 👍🏼
great job and beautiful
Great video mate !!! Screwfix do the assembly joints x10 for 69p and the Keko brackets x10 for £8.79 a lot cheaper than amazon !
Yeah they have started doing them thanks but they don’t pay me for links. 😉
Oh wow how perfect. I would have loved a clip in the end of your little girl seeing the transformed radiator for the first time. What was her reaction?
Thanks, she tried to climb it!

Awesome job! It looks amazing.
Thanks Rob.
Good job mate .Cant wait for another video.👍
Thanks Andrzej got a couple little short videos on the way then doing a build that will be a little different.
Excellent work very nice.
Great job so easy looking at this video thanks m8 👍
That's... That's.. my stapler!.
great project, would like to know how you managed such a perfect skirting board scribe! Contour gauge or a fancy trick?
Thanks Keith. I used something called a Trend Multi Scribe. I bought it when I renovated our house as it's really handy. Was going to film it but the video was getting pretty lengthy. I might do a separate video on how I use it. 👍🏼
Looks fab x
Thanks Dee Dee.
Another great video set. Just one quick question when you made the green marks on the wall for the wall dogs was that just an ordinary marker pen you used or a special marking device?
+Andy it's a special device called a Marxman. There's a link in the description of the workshop dust extraction part 2 video. 👍🏼
Hi those Dog Screws you mention, were can I get some from I've looked on B&Q nothings comes up I then looked on Amazon then when they came up they had a price tag of over £144 for packs of 44 of 10 packs 😳
Screwfix is your best bet £10 for 100. 👍🏼
Great job can I ask what make is the jointer thicknesser is it a titan from screwfix if yes how good is it and can you do a review on it thanks keep up the great projects

Nice job, was there a link to the t-square/ruler you used, looks very useful
Don't worry, I got it from Part 1, cheers
Silly question maybe but how did you get the outline of skirting onto the mdf??
I used a scribing tool. Takes a bit of practice but gets good results.
Great looking cover, but you appear to have trapped the thermostatic radiator valve in the cover. You could well have problems with the radiator not getting hot.
+Clive Bashford I did consider that but heat rises so I shouldn't have a problem can drill a couple of holes in side if it does play up.
Shouldn't you have some sort of relief in the top for hot air to rise up and out?
+SCK Woodworking I suppose it will never get out those two massive gaps under the top....
Happy Wife Happy Life No more than the other gaps in the front but it'll heat up the timber a lot before it does, eventually causing it to crack and warp..
Anyway, nice smartarse answer to a simple question. Unsubscribed.

Nice video, You have a good selection of tools, are you a hobby woodworker or a professional.
Thanks I guess you could say hobby as I don’t do it for a living but I renovated my entire house so kitted myself out with decent tools as they make a real difference to the quality and last well.
How's the dust extraction system holding up
+My Version good thanks seems to be working well and it's nice not tripping over the hose!
Good job but your footwear made me flinch.
+Michael Evans thanks I was waiting for someone to mention that!
Nice. Besides you building this from stuff that you had lying around, you're not exactly short on equipment either, are you? 😁
No you’re right I’ve accumulated quite a few bits of kit. 😉
Can you do a shed tour please
