Love it!!! I was one of the first 3000 to ride Maverick on its Oening Day!!! I'm a lil bit short when I sit down, so my ears took a beating, but the ride was Great!!
There heartline roll was taken out before the ride opened due to higher than normal stresses on the train.... That's the reason the ride didn't open on opening day last year, and I agree that it would've made that ride... Thats the part I was looking forward too the most, but it's still awesome...
Millenium Force, Top Thrill Dragster, Maverick, Raptor and Magnum were my favorite. Mantis and Mean Streak sucked: Mantis because I was too tall for the restraints to fit me (5'10 - please! I'm not a giant) and Mean Streak because it was too rough - it literally HURT my back! I rode these rides August 3, 2010 and was 17 at the time. OMG!!!!!!! This was a great ride! But the hills were sooo small. :( The ride was mainly about speed.... NOT height..... :P
