Dude, everything that you guys are complaining about is what makes the game great and fun, what makes this game a piece of fkn shit is how fkn buggy it is. It is so bad, like I cannot even fathom how so many people are not complaining about the bugs in this game. There there’s a glitch that’s so fucked up that it literally renders everything that you did, hours of gameplay and you have to revert back like it’s so bad.
it just a tv show game, and based on the fiction. if you wanna say the story in this game is good, im sorry its not CDPR's effort, its just the dude who writed this fiction, and yes the gameplay it self is absolutely trash, its just a fiction that disguised as a game!
I’ve tried to play this game so many times. The controls are so clunky. Everything else seems fine enough. But I can’t get past the combat and controls.
Yeah i dont trust anyone who says this game is amazing. It's good at best and a chore at worst. It's been a few years but i remember my biggest issue was the lack of character and story development. For half the game you're just trying to find ciri and I'm not even sure why or why i should care...about anything or anyone. It's all made worse by way too many boring characters you are forced to interact with and listen to for only the sake of getting your next lame job that seemingly half the times, really feels just like that...a job. I struggled with a lack of motivation throughout the entire game. I was expecting a great story and memorable characters to be the driving factor, and this just failed. It was disappointing as that is why i play RPGs. Maybe it's just not for someone unfamiliar with the previous 2 games. Still, I keep thinking maybe I should go back to it and see what all the hype is about, but man everything you touched on sounds all too familiar.
100% agree. The gameplay is terrible. I agree with people that the world-building/acting/art, etc. all seems excellent with TW3 ... But the actual game -- the game itself -- is trash. I can get good story and world-building from some other medium like books or movie. The game has to actually be good for me to like a video game. I wanted to like this game. Tried a few years ago and couldn't exactly get into it, couldn't put my finger on why, so I went back and gave it an honest shake of about 7 hours over the course of one Saturday-Sunday, and realized it was the gameplay and I just will never like it. Open-world fantasy RPG are my favorite games and almost the only ones I play, and I have spent countless hours in games like DS3, Elden Ring, WoW, a bunch of the Legend of Zelda titles, etc.. The gameplay here... Absolutely atrocious and I can say exactly why: (1) Goofy controls. Not having RT and LT be your slash buttons might have flown in the 1990s with Ocarina of Time but now that is unacceptable. There is no flow to the controls at all having to switch between magic, items, fast slash, slow slash, parry... You are constantly just reaching to completely different areas of the controller, with no logical layout like left hand is LT, right hand is RT. No logic. And there are constant annoyances during combat (2) two specific such annoyances are that (a) you can't just "have your guard up" and fight. You can't just hold down parry and have your sword up en guard. You have to deliberately lower your guard to swing, unlike something like elden ring where you can get used to pretty much keeping your shield up the entire time and making slashes from that defensive stance. Nope. Here you have to deliberately take your finger off of your parry/guard to do anything else. It is an extremely unnatural feeling to be in the midst of combat and to consciously, purposely, lower your guard. Very bad. (b) the whole slow-motion style magic where a wheel pops up and you choose from a menu just adds to the overall inharmonious feeling of the combat and controls. It all just has no flow; (3) No proper lock-on system and terrible camera -- there is a lock on system, but not a proper one in that it lacks a snappy camera and an icon that make it easy to fight specific mobs. Fighting a bunch of ghouls who are slightly brownish yellow in a brownish yellow landscape is nearly impossible without this. (4) Overly sensitive (if not inaccurate) movement controls. Doing simple things like climbing on top of a 3 foot barrier takes several "run arounds" before you position your toon just right to finally get up. (5) "Paired animation" combat. Terrible. Just so bad. For those who don't know. In RPG games there will usually be one of two styles of combat the game developers implement. There is a normal style where you press a button, swing your sword, and if it hits an enemy they get hurt. If you get swung at, you get get hurt, whether you were mid-swing, just swung your sword, or just standing there. The system responds to the input and lets both parties swing or block or jump or roll or anything, even if it is roughly at the same time. This is how most games are and it is superior to the other system called "paired animation." Paired animation locks both the player character and the enemy into a single animation when you swing your sword. The benefit of this is that if done well (like Assassins Creed) it leads to a very visually pleasing and realistic combat... Like you swing and hit the enemy and see them recoil from that hit.. The downside of this is that the paired animation system truly "locks" you into an animation with the enemy. If a player is fighting an enemy and both swing at about the same time, the game system will ruthlessly choose whoever swung first and "lock" the other into it. So you will press attack, and you will not attack because you are locked into another animation. You will not be able to block or anything either if you missed the boat, you are now locked in an animation (unlike say, Elden Ring, where you "can" block late, but some of the damage will sneak through, but at least the game will faithfully respond to the button you are pressing let you physically raise your shield. It will respond to the input). Paired animation is a nightmare when fighting multiple enemies at once in this game, especially with the lack of a good auto-lock/camera. It also makes it mechanically impossible to cancel certain animations and roll away or jump back. To this day the only system I have ever seen that does Paired Animation well is the AC series, and they do that by having a slight "buffer zone" favoring the player, so that if the player and enemy swing their swords within 0.01 seconds of one another, it will let the player swing, rather than ruthlessly locking the player into a full-second-long animation because they swung 0.01 seconds after the NPC. Rant over, bad game. Just bad gameplay.
You are just trying to play the game as if its Elden ring or something which it is not. It's "The Witcher", ie, you must rely on your Quen and agility, not parrying or blocking which would get your character killed against supernatural monsters, this is also why there is barely any heavy armor - 1 build to be exact, monsters are supposed to be too fast and strong, otherwise witchers would not be needed as any plate armor knight would get the job done. The combat before you set up a build has a lot of resets to get your stamina back up for a shield or the spell which the opponent is vulnerable to, it's strategy + patience, you have to actually read up on the monsters etc... things change when you get your build going, only then can you just fight.
@@nikolaykaradzhiev1889 i know, my friend also told me about Quen and agility, i have tried playing this game twice because people highly praise it. The storyline, graphics, and music are good, but when it comes to combat, it really kills the mood
2:14 This should actually invite you to explore a bit more the dynamics of the game. With the cat potion you'd been able to see in the darkness. But actually I never needed the potion in any cave, maybe try increasing screen brightness in graphics options? All in all, I can't agree with most points of the vid.
You’re right man. People who play games for combat won’t like the Witcher 3. It’s a bit floaty with poorly telegraphed attacks and auto aim. It’s for the story dudes who like to wife up video game avatars. What Witcher 3 does have is stellar voice acting, choice, systems, atmosphere, story, and lore.
@@sol5916 people expect witcher 3 to be like Batman Arkham Knight, like how tho, CDPR were broke, had less money to put in this game that gave them their recognition, now with good budget I hope witcher 4 will be goated as witcher 3 but much improved
Witcher 3 isn't great. At its core, a game should be about having fun, and quite frankly, Witcher 3 just doesn't deliver on that front. 😂 If I want a compelling movie or narrative, I'll watch a film. If I'm in the mood for card games, I'll play one. And if I fancy a game with a branching storyline, I'll opt for a visual novel. When it comes to a solid action combat experience, well... Witcher 3 isn’t my first choice. The game feels overly large and unwieldy. It's yet another example of an open-world game that follows the trend without improving gameplay. It's all about getting bigger rather than better. I simply want to enjoy a good game. Why must I be forced to watch a film, choose a storyline, and play card games, all while enduring tedious walking and clunky combat mechanics? True connoisseurs of gaming will support Nintendo's creations rather than Witcher 3. 😂😂😂😂😂
Only thing that annoys me the most Is the leveling up system... You need to do quests to level up.. By killing creatures you only got 1xp bruh like wtf... Not beeing able to level up while killing creatures is the worst thing ever. And the skills suck . It needs hardcore grind to level up and when you level up you got 3% CHANCE TO POSION LIKE WTF
Some upgrades are really good while others are straight up terrible I'd recomend googling the best upgrades for whatever build you want like sword sign or potion
I think if they didnt have that weird ass floaty combat system the game would be way more bearable to play This dude just said Dark Souls has bad combat so im disliking the video
As someone who’s beaten and loved games like elden ring, rdr, skyrim, dragons dogma and all the dragon age games, I thought I’d love this game. It’s j so slow and unappealing. Kingdom come was 100x Better than this
Game is pretty nice, tons of issues on consoles. Definitely not a masterpiece, but I can see why someone could get invested because certain loops like that of alchemy or getting all gwent cards by winning them can be pretty fun.
About the relations among the characters and the lore: it’s the third game from a trilogy that came from a series of 9 books. U really expect that the history of the game would be retold for no particular reason? If u didn’t understood the lore, u should read the books and play the other games, or at least shearch about it. The only point I agree with u is the wild hunt, Eredin in particular. He wasn’t used that well as the main villain. About the combat, there’s a lot of builds u could use. For example, the griffin set would be good for u, since u were using a lot of signs.
Witcher 3 has one of the best quests and world idk how you don't like them. Also, you got to be kidding me when you said it was lazy that you couldn't enter every building like Skyrim considering that Novigrad is the size of an actual medieval city idk how you can expect that. You also complain about characters like there aren't books that show their history. I just got to the part will you talk about the Baron and was just appauled.
The quests are boring as hell. I don’t know what you people see in this game, like seriously. Everytime I stop playing this game I have no motivation to pick it back up again. Nothing about it intrigues me, when a game is given such praises like “game of the decade” or “best game of all time” you expect it to drag you in. This game does none of that. I’ve never been so disappointed with a game. It is genuinely mid at best.
@@Noir-c9kwell said, it’s not even mid though, anything good about the game is destroyed by the relentless blabbering cut scenes and idiot characters, try hard studio red, I hated cyberpunk as well

lol this has to be a satirical video. Everyone who’s actually looking for a good review find another video that will do this game justice. This man is just not good at this game lmao
The combat is one of the worst I’ve seen in an open world video game. Also it has nothing to do with being good at the game. If I wanted challenging combat I would’ve played dark souls. This game is completely different. The combat is extremely clunky and makes for an unsatisfying experience. If you can’t admit that then you really are just a salty fanboy. The story had so many repetitive quests. Along with constant pandering to discord mods obsessed with titties, sex, and animated women, this game is an utter joke. Rdr2 blows this shit outta the water. I’ll never pick this shitty game up again after painfully beating it. Geralt also was not a charismatic character. We barely learn anything about the dude through the story. I can’t believe this game has overwhelmingly positive reviews on steam. Fanboys must be review bombing with a shitload of positive reviews to make themselves feel better.
@@FlunangChu Ironic that someone bitching about something is calling others salty. XD You have a classic case of 'get gud' or 'i need to pick up a book and read' syndrome.
its alright to not enjoy or even understand many aspects of the game but stating your opinions as if they are undeniable fact is ridiculous. many many open world RPGs have bad combat, and i'd take the witcher 3 over any elder scrolls game for combat because at least its interesting and requires some thought (especially in perk selection and battle preparation). also there are at most 5 sex scenes in the game (all totally optional) and TWO are DLC, so its interesting to say its constant unless you are just going to brothels constantly of your own volition. as for your other story complaints i dont have anything to say, as that is your opinion but i found it captivating and theres a reason geralt is so beloved as a character and it's sad you can't see what others do.
You act like this game requires skill to be good at. It sucks and it’s boring, that’s the truth ain’t nothing satire about. Y’all need to start playing other games if you think this is the best games have to offer.
Fighting monsters is meant to be hard, theyre superhuman space vampires ffs. Multiple opponents in real world work the same, the character you are playng is a superhuman indeed but nearly a hundred year old man too. Most buildings are closed because most of the cities you visit have rampant crime and don't want to be robbed. Most of NPCs have boring answers because they don't have a good reason to give a damn about your character, you play as a smelly old man wearing swords on his back. I could carry on but honestly, you just wanted to be held by hand and guided everywhere and chosen the wrong game for you.
Every "defense" you provided for the game is why it is bad. Why is it good that the game forces you to play as a "smelly old man" who has no personality. As in, having no emotions, interests, or personality amis an explicit part of the plot.
the game genre is rpg "ROLE PLAY GAME" im role playing as witcher with expert combat knowledge right? But why am i spinning while swinging my sword and expose my entire back body for my enemy to easily attack also it's clunky too why??! 'uhh duhh bcs in the story he's witcher and have fast reaction than normal human' bullcrap in the story he can hypnotize a person to answer a question but he doesn't use it on bloody baron to answer the question of ciri's location. I could go on but you choose to blowing the smeely old man wearing sword on his back since 2015
its just the movement. roach gets caught on everything and geralt takes ages to move so you are constantly bumping into stuff when trying to get through a door way or something. you also glide of things or jump on walls when trying to climb them. I think the witcher 3 is a really good game but the movement is so atrocious that I can;t enjoy it.
Bought the game few years back. In the last few months i am clearing my backlogs and wanted to give this one a chance again especially last time when i tried it did not get the version 4 update and now ppl say the game looks great and i agree game graphics looks stunning at places. But apart from graphics i did not find anything likeable. janky movements, horse cannot jump over a simple obstacle on its own (just finished playing RDR2 -135 hrs spent probably expected same kind of horse riding experience lol). janky camera movements while combat. Confusing inventory. Boring NPC's. I know its a 2013 game and it may have revolutionized the RPG elements that time. But not for me.
Terrible movement in games instantly kills my interest. Combine that with awful combat, and that seals the deal. I never once looked forward to combat encounters in this game, I gave it 60 hours and was bored/disappointed the entire time.
despite the flaws you say the game is beyond easy, same slash, slash , slash, dash back and repeat. I deleted this game after abour 35 hours, I tried so hard ro like it but it is just so boring and the dialogue is 1000x too much, and no the story is not that great.. Don't even get me started on the looting. This game is so overated, I imagine it was quite alright when it came out.
You could try playing on a harder difficulty. If you max out combat and don't focus on spells, yeah sure it can get dull. It's showing its age a little bit compred to some modern RPG's but for the story alone I think it's worth playing
You said everything I had in mind. Played it for 40 hours but couldn’t get into it. Waaaaay too much dialogue and very little an actual gaming, the story was alright but nothing to write home about.
@@takeomasaki1813 Then the game is not meant for you period. You can't want something that was not made for you then complain about it. My original comment is still strongly correct. Deal with it

What makes people love this game is the evolution in the series, in just 3 games cdpr achieved one of the better received games in decades, compare this game to the first and you will see it, this huge evolution is rare nowadays in the video game industry, probably this game isnt for you but next one will be
I agree with what you said about Wild Hunt - they're barely present. They're also portrayed as quintessential bad guys, rather than beings who act out of desperation, which is what they're supposed to be. Their story could've taken so many turns, but writers lazily chose the black and white approach, where we're the good guys and they're just evil. That goes against the usual morally grey storytelling the witcher is known for. There are a handful of other similar hiccups in the writing. Apart from that, I still thoroughly enjoyed the witcher 3 and I think it still is a great game overall. It gets the core RPG elements and worldbuilding right. While combat can be buggy, it isn't nearly as bad as you say, in my opinion.
My problem was the story but also how most interactions and cutscenes are delivered and the phasing being overall way to slow. Geralt talks in a emotionless and boring tone and the narrative is entirely based around he's daughter but if you have not any sentimental care or interest in said daughter the whole narrative essentially falls apart. I felt at some point i was playing a very boring oldschool RPG where everything around the world ended with disinterest due to the never ending narrative that brought you nowhere. The Combat is mediocre , the characters are uninteresting and the protaganist geralt is a emotionless wet sock that smokes 3 packs a day to keep him essentially motivated enough to keep trying to find he's daughter.
I hate how limited your choices are through the whole game, romance being the worst offender. You can't just reject a romance option, Geralt will be eager and receptive to all their advances, and each "no" always comes of as forced. It's that way with all romancable characters. Your real choices are flirting+sex or just flirting. In main game Djikstra calls you "an ass" for not asking Triss to stay, in HoS everec's brother mocks you for being gay if you're not interested in shani. You don't have an option to tell them that you have someone else, or that you simply don't like her. And I don't think my choices mattered for the most part, they could give me just the choice to bed them or not at the end of their questlines and I would have same agency.
You can literally reject romance, dafuq you on about. The game has different outcomes depending on the choices you make. The baron quest for example, if you let his wife die, he kills himself, if you save her the barons doesnt kill himself and goes around searching for medicine to cure her madness. Theres tons and tons of choices to be make. Keria sorcerer quest you can either have sex with her, or down right refuse jer advances.Whats with all these really bad takes lmao
I have tried to play this game on and off since its release in 2015. I bought it at launch, paid full price, and was very excited for it. I love the fantasy genre, love good stories in games, and I love action RPGs. For all intents and purposes this should have been a game made for me. I’d always make it about 6-10 hours into the game before giving up, and not gaming for 4-5 months. I never understood why, but your video nails it perfectly. I just tried to play it yet again here at the end of 2024. I played further than I ever have getting about 15 hours in, and I just cannot continue. This game SUCKS, it is SO BORING. I’m done trying trick myself into thinking it’s as good as the reviews told us it was. It’s legitimately awful to play. It feels terrible just moving around the world. The combat is horrid. The world all looks the same with too much generic detail everywhere. The gameplay loop is repetitive and uninteresting. Just awful. Never going back. Deleted it off my HDD, and moving on. Great video and I feel justified watching it.
I completely agree, I really expected that this game would blow me away and I would be totally disappointed. Boring combat, unimaginative enemies, some interesting secondary quests but the rest are completely irrelevant, a correct story, good moments and great characters, but as a story in itself? normal bordering on mediocre and what I liked the least is that it is something that is not usually talked about, a terrible audio-visual narration. Unmemorable dubbing, and very boring shot-to-shot cinematics. While playing this I played Kingdome Come and Yakuza 0 and they are very superior in cinematics and audio visual narration in general. In the case of Yakuza 0, I had a thousand times more fun doing its secondary content than the boring secondary quests of Tw3 and its boring plot twists, which bore you after a while with their artificial tragedy. Needless to say, I enjoyed both games much more than the supposed masterpiece of The Witcher 3.
I got bored of this game rather quickly. Everything looks the same. The movement mechanics are really bad. You can't interact with NPCs outside of them saying the same boring thing every single time you see them. The NPC voices are so loud that riding through a settlement is beyond annoying. The combat is just.. really, really bad. Typical console BS. Though the most annoying thing for me was the quest complete sound. Who ever thought that was a good idea deserves divine punishment. Anyway. This game is boring as hell. I really don't understand the hype. Greatest RPG of all time my ass.
Finally an honour review of this terrible game. After all the universal praise I decided to give it a try after a heavy steam discount. But even for 5€, it’s not worth it. I can’t remember a Game with such bad combat and overall clunky controls.
Witcher 3 is definitely overrated, but some criticisms are a skill/knowledge issue, and some are valid. Other games have taken elements of Witcher to make their games better, but Witcher itself is very forgettable, with mediocre combat. Bloated runtime, combined with an insane checklist of side content. I can see why it got popular, because that style of game was pretty heavy in the early 2000’s, but I’m not interested in doing a bunch of fetch quest, and the main story taking forever to complete.
The gameplay itself is bad. Horrible combat system, broken, glitches a lot, you get stuck everywhere. I like the setting, story and concept. But, execution was sloppy
Everyone is intitled to their opinions. However, I don't. agree with 99% of your points, and I didn't play the first two games or read the books. Try reading the books and learning the lore/story. I don't agree with anything you said. End of story.
I agree wit the combat being kinda bad, but i just bought the game 3 days ago and i been playing it non stop, so even wit a not so good combat i think is a nice game :)

I agree. I started out with this game May of last year, a few months before a new version would come out and wage WAR on the modding community. I started off with the hottest, most recommended mods. "Must play" mods. This of course includes Enhanced Auto Targeting. I had a blast, beat the main game and uninstalled. I just reinstalled it to find that CD Code Red has ramped up the assault on mods. This is unacceptable! Geralt is all over the place when fighting groups!
Never thought I could agree with a title and disagree with the content so much. I’m in a similar boat as you. The game is wildly overrated. It’s far from a perfect 10. I’d give it a 7.5. The story, graphics, characters and expansive world are pretty incredible, but the shortcomings with repetitive gameplay and combat made me quit after 70 hours (nowhere near completion of the main story or DLC). The combat could be complex if you made it so, using potions, different weapons and combat styles, but regardless, you could count on it being very easy when it was all said and done. I never once felt like I needed to reload a save to get better gear or brew new/more potions for a quest or fight. I’m the end, I quit playing because it was boring. If I wanted a great story I would watch a movie, but I play video games because they’re more engaging.

Nope, wrong... all the insane fanboys of this game care that have been screaming at us who actually rate video games based on real facts and not feelings that this game is "a top 10 game of all time" even though the gameplay and the story progressing pace of this game is atrocious... I played about 30 hours of it and I was bored to death because the story progressed so fucking slow because I needed to do a fuckton of boring useless sidequests that you ended up doing one main story quest every 4-5 hours... and all that in a game that the ONLY good part of it is the story because the combat system is one of the worst I've ever tried... stupidly clunky and just frustrating to play... combat in The Witcher 3 is something that not only I wasn't excited about getting in a fight but I was just sighing and saying "not again... this is so bad"... @@littv1610 It's not the best game ever but it's an incredible game... cause unlike The Witcher 3 the hour to hour gameplay is much more enjoyable and the game doesn't shower you with a thousand side quests that take you away from the main story for endless hours of boring combat and generally gameplay that you don't care about... I have both RDR2 and The Witcher 3 and RDR2 is very very very high quality while the Witcher 3 is very very very OVERRATED imho the most polished AAA and engaging story driven game is Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater because you need to take into account replay-ability and also quality of gameplay combined with the limitations of the time when it was released... Nah, game is boring as hell and people overpraised it, it's not like Oblivion and Skyrim which are actually fun games, specially the first time you play them.
This has happened to me thrice. But then I forced myself a fourth time. Almost 5 hrs in and something started changing. It feels like home now. Novigrad the main city in the game feels like home. And let me tell you the animations used to bug me a lot but in the previous playthroughs but at this point I am habituated of it and it doesn't disturb me. It is clunky, but the game does make you feel like it's you doing everything. I used to love ghost of tsushima when I had a ps4 pro. But I sold it. Recently I got it on pc and I couldn't get back into it coz I got so invested in witcher 3. I'm telling you there is a warmth this game has that would make you comfortable after some point. Look at that combat movement wtf was that unnecessary clunky spinning swing?! If they want want to do it at least made look cool or made it look less clunky damn imagine you have an enemy with bad intentions to hurt you or worst unallive you and the first thing you do is spin your body and exposing your entire back.
The main quests are decent at least. The side quests are there if your character is low level but other than that you don't need to concern yourself with them. The story does get better as it goes along. Won't spoil it but i don't think the game is bad
A movie about a pedophile dreaming of fucking an underage girl won an Oscar (American Beauty 1999)... what's your point??? Not every award is objective... The Witcher 3 gameplay is HORRIBLE... not bad... HORRIBLE... the only good thing about this game is the story... but if that's the ONLY good part then make a fucking movie and not a VIDEO GAME!!! Combat is clunky af, it's filled with ENDLESS side quests that are way more than the main story quests and forces you to play countless hours of them especially while the combat is so bad and the ONLY reason they got so many awards was because of the "open world" which was a new concept back then but nowadays you can find many games that are waaaay better because they don't wanna make you blow your brains out with the clunky and boring gameplay...
Still, I keep thinking maybe I should go back to it and see what all the hype is about, but man everything you touched on sounds all too familiar.
if you're someone who skips cutscenes when you play games you will hate this game lol .
Absolutely atrocious and I can say exactly why:
(1) Goofy controls. No logic. And there are constant annoyances during combat
(2) two specific such annoyances are that (a) you can't just "have your guard up" and fight. You can't just hold down parry and have your sword up en guard. You have to deliberately lower your guard to swing, unlike something like elden ring where you can get used to pretty much keeping your shield up the entire time and making slashes from that defensive stance. Nope. Here you have to deliberately take your finger off of your parry/guard to do anything else. It is an extremely unnatural feeling to be in the midst of combat and to consciously, purposely, lower your guard. Very bad. (b) the whole slow-motion style magic where a wheel pops up and you choose from a menu just adds to the overall inharmonious feeling of the combat and controls. It all just has no flow;
(3) No proper lock-on system and terrible camera -- there is a lock on system, but not a proper one in that it lacks a snappy camera and an icon that make it easy to fight specific mobs.
The combat before you set up a build has a lot of resets to get your stamina back up for a shield or the spell which the opponent is vulnerable to, it's strategy + patience, you have to actually read up on the monsters etc... things change when you get your build going, only then can you just fight.

its just the movement. roach gets caught on everything and geralt takes ages to move so you are constantly bumping into stuff when trying to get through a door way or something. you also glide of things or jump on walls when trying to climb them.
I never once looked forward to combat encounters in this game, I gave it 60 hours and was bored/disappointed the entire time.
despite the flaws you say the game is beyond easy, same slash, slash , slash, dash back and repeat. this video is more than pretty bad though, that's for sure
The worst part of this game is the story... I really really hate the story , and the quests are most boring
In the case of Yakuza 0, I had a thousand times more fun doing its secondary content than the boring secondary quests
of Tw3 and its boring plot twists, which bore you after a while with their artificial tragedy.
The music's bad! It's continuously playing! [EDIT] I like how cozy it is but it lacks different types of action.

My game SHUTS DOWN loading my save progress with them. So I'm playing vanilla right now.
Oh my God, I'm beside myself sorrow for those who played this game at it's 2015 launch with no mods. I don't know how this game survived it's launch. The combat is TERRIBLE! Witcher NEVER knew how to damn resolve combat since the very first game! Always on some extra, wonky crap. Mediocre at best. This is unacceptable! Geralt is all over the place when fighting groups!
If they rehauled the combat this game would be 100 times better even with the other flaws.
SO TRUE ON EVERYTHING that's why I Uninstaller it after like 40 hours following and tracking missions are terrible
Heretical words Allen
Did you play on Deathmarch? Few people who say the game is "too easy" do and meanwhile this chap says (essentially) that's its too hard lol
@@codyvandal2860 It's not just the game being too easy, but every fight is the same, you use Quen, you attack enemy a few times and you back up and you're doing the same thing over and over again and If you're underleveled, the game is still easy but the fights just take way too long.
@@EasyMoney_SniperR You could say this about Elden Ring. "Every fight is the same, you just avoid getting hit and hit the enemy."
@@codyvandal2860 No, you literally can't, if you don't see/feel the difference between Elden Ring's and The Witcher's combat, don't talk about games. In the Witcher you literally do the same thing in every fight, in ER every boss has different punish windows, attacks, in TW3 you can always hit the enemy the same amout of times and in ER you have different punish windows after every attack and it also depends on which weapon type you're using, gimmicks like either there's two enemies or you have to attack an enemy or boss in the head or in the back. Also sometimes the enemy grabs you and you can't block that and you have to dodge at the right moment or you can also outran the enemy or there's an explosion, like, don't even try to compare these 2 games. I don't even want to argue, you can just play these 2 games and tell me, if you can just spam dodge in ER like you can in TW3
