So when I open my laptop I was dissapointed because there are no conector tape - sata conector, like in this video. So i asking You, maybe you could help me find like this to buy.

in laptops yes, its the green chip on the right when applying the thermal paste. If you have dedicated graphics on a desktop it will not be integrated but if you have intel uhd graphics (integrated graphics that come with most processors) it will be integrated directly inside the processor
Dipende, devi vedere quali parti sono saldate alla scheda madre e quali no. @@stalypodwiek9556 The only way to figure out, is to measure old thermal pads with digital caliper. Keep in mind, that the thermal pads can have non standard thickness such as 1,3 mm or 0,7 mm. Also it is important to use thermal pads with exact softness (SHORE) just like factory thermal pads. If you will use hard thermal pads, the cooling pad will not be pressed hard enough with screws (with springs on screws), ant there will be a gap between CPU/GPU die and heatsink surface. This will lead to CPU/GPU overheating.
Hmm usually not a good idea to spread the paste. Better to draw an X and let it properly squeeze. Anyways how’s the cpu temps afterwards any difference?
Had mine apart many times but I never took the heat sink off. I did however add additional heat sinks. Noticed lately my core temp is starting to vary between cores so figured I’d see if anyone else was addressing a similar issue before I pulled it apart again.
i suggest you open it from top right side (right fan) all the way to left side, it would be easier that way. use two prying tools if possible, i used guitar pick and also flat screw driver.
