    Quinoa. This naturally gluten-free grain is a fertility staple for many reasons, the most important being its ability to control blood sugar levels. When you eat quinoa, or other whole grains such as brown rice or whole grain bread, it takes your body long to digest because of its high fiber and protein content, which keeps your blood sugar levels stable and your hunger at bay.

    You’re so adorable! I’m not even trying to be pregnant.. I found your videos because I thought that I may be pregnant, so I began looking for information about implantation bleeding. I think that a person having no desire to conceive would suddenly WANT to be pregnant JUST from watching your videos! ❤️ Or if a person were experiencing anxiety about possibly being pregnant, your videos would definitely relieve that. I was wondering if you can comment on 'Nighshade' classification vegetables and impact on autoimmune and inflammatory conditions (such as with estrogen dominance, endometriosis, etc)? I am obtaining conflicting dietary advice for trying to conceive, particularly if one has an inflammatory condition. On one hand I am learning from your videos and others that warm foods such as soups and stews and foods such as tomatoes and peppers have dietary benefits for fertility health in the forms of vitamins, antioxidants and melatonin. Obviously these can be incorporated in soups and stews as well. On the other hand, I am also learning about nightshade veggies (also tomatoes, peppers, potatoes, eggplant) that can also increase inflammation and should be avoided with autoimmune and inflammatory conditions. Any insight you can provide would be very helpful as I'm struggling to determine if I should include them in my trying to conceive/fertility diet (ie: to make cabbage roll soup, chili, tomato soup) or remove them entirely. Thank you in advance!

      Smoothies, in yoghurt, in stews/soups u can even just sprinkle it over ur granola is so versatile in powder form (if u like the taste, but is a strong taste) Also try cacao powder for delicious smoothies or munch on cacao nibs they're bitter but defo hv a chocolate taste &is so good fr u.spirulina is another wondrous 1 in powder form&the fab navy blue/green colour makes food look fantastic. I mix all these together (&green super blend, Wheatgrass ,&a few other powders)with mixed seeds ,chia, sunflower,punkin, pine nuts, flax seeds (linseeds),goji berries,all into yoghurt or kefir with granola&fresh strawberries ,raspberries, blueberries, & grapes& if it's very thick a splash of almond milk & it's the best breakfast/lunch packed full of all the vitamins&minerals u need with loads of protein. U won't be hungry for the rest of the day, lol.

    Tomatoes (the skin & seeds) also cause leaky gut, and are high in acid. Have to peel and deseed. Dr. Stephen Gundry “The Plant Paradox”. How do you eat them? I know many people who belch a lot when they eat them and have acid reflux as well after indulging in a tomato sandwich. I like tomato soup and grilled cheese but not whole tomatoes

Then, when I shot that down he expressed his desire for a niece and or nephew & I was like look, I don’t crave it. It’s just these are tiny and the waffle cone bowl was empty of strawberry ice cream. He’s like, well I’m just saying that the last time someone did that they were pregnant! Really, I wish this was one of those similar predictions like I made of my friend who was pregnant

    I never liked tomatoes, and years later, I realized my body might have been trying to tell me something. When I have tomatoes, more than once in a week, I get rashes on my skin. It turns out that many people are sensitive to the nitrilicides in nightshades, which are highest in tomatoes. It turns out, 500 or so years ago, even in Italy, tomatoes were considered to be poisonous. This might be why they traditionally boiled and PEELED them, which greatly reduces the level of nitrilicides. Some people have stronger reactions to cooked tomatoes, and some to raw. I react most to raw and dry tomatoes. Listen to your own body.
    Aside from that, I enjoy your voice.

      Nayna Walker I'm so sorry for your loss. I've had a miscarriage too, and I was told that it could take up to 3 cycles for your hormones to regulate again. I'm not sure how accurate that is so I would would talk to your doctor about that. For me personally, I had to take the time to grieve and address my depression from my loss before I could try again. And it did take me 3-4 months for my cycle to be back to a somewhat normal. Hang in there. Going through my miscarriage was probably the most soul shattering thing I've been though, and the first couple of weeks were the hardest. It does get better though. You will always grieve your loss, but there will be a time where you are not sad all of the time.

      Thank you a lot for responding .it was natural i chose to let my body miscarry naturally instead of the dnc . So my ob say i will get my cycle back sooner. I'm not gonna ve comforted until i know we pregnant again. We gonna start trying again in september God's willing. My harmones dropping fast it went form 11000 to 2340 and i have more labs today.

    There other foods that can help with your fertility because I had used different kinds of foods that help me get pregnant the food I had used to help me get pregnant was potatoes broccoli bananas hole gran oranges. So you left out some foods that help with your fertility the next time you want to make a video on this stuff you need to know what are all the foods that help with that ok and 2+1 pregnancies with the foods that I had just said and I pregnant with my 3 baby and just eating those foods

    • @Infertilityhomeopathy
      @Infertilityhomeopathy 5 лет назад +1

      Vitamin D deficiencies are often linked with infertility. Women with high levels of vitamin D are more likely to conceive than women with a vitamin D deficiency. The vitamin D receptor is present in many organs such as the ovaries, uterus, and even the placenta. When bound to its receptor, vitamin D has control over the genes involved in making estrogen.
