Thanks for sharing this.
Who thinks Sage should make an appearance in every video? I do, she's so darn cute!☺Great video, I have really been loving cottage cheese, making it savory or sweet :) I've learned so much, thanks Autumn!
Sage is such a cutie!
Yes!
I think avocados should be on that list. Half of a large one keeps me full for hours. 🥑
Thank you, Autumn. 🌷
I wanted to share that you have dramatically improved my health physically and mentally. As a peri-menopausal woman, I was struggling to stay satisfied after eating a meal, slowly but steadily going up in weight and just feeling sluggish. 😢 I grew up in the era of "Fat is bad for you," Hearing your scientific facts disproving that misconception has been very helpful.
I've been following you for about a year now, and I feel great after abiding by your advice! My resistant training workouts have been more productive due to the amount of protein I now consume. My belly fat has decreased and my clothes are loose on me now. I was able to get rid of my sugar addiction by staying on 3 meals a day and not snacking in between, and stop my eating before 5:30-6 pm. Little hacks, such as ginger and lemon with hot water at night, have helped me get rid of adding more microplastics into my body with my nightly tea. Or the protein hot chocolate, which is AMAZING(!!), has helped me sneak in some protein if I feel unwanted cravings coming on.
You are a great inspiration ❣️ I truly appreciate you sharing your knowledge with us novices. You have taught me how to care for myself in a way I need to at this stage of my life. Thank you❣️
May God bless you and your beautiful family. 😇
Hi Autumn. Thank you for the video. I have a question regarding fresh beets. Are beets a good vegetable to add? I've seen some smoothie recipes that have fresh beets as an ingredient.
All we Mums are thinking ‘wait til Sage is mobile! Then see what it’s like trying to make a video!’ 😆
Great list! Mackerel is also good. Maybe some who don’t like sardines may like mackerel. I like both, but I think mackerel is a bit more mild.
I would like to try your vanilla whey protein powder but I am lactose intolerant-would this be something I could use?
Keep in mind that to get any of the discounts at Thrive, you have to join at $60/year. They really push that; I know since I tried shopping there. I'd rather go to Sprouts or Clarks.
Thanks so much for putting these all in one place! (and we are also still in our Christmas pajamas at my house too ;) )
Can you make a video of how you make your bone broth please 🙏🏻
What a list! So supportive of the way I eat now, protein, fat and fiber, the AEN Nutrient Timing way. Eating these three macro nutrients and taking out the carbs did greatly diminish and even eliminated my cravings. I appreciate this list and all the studying and experimenting you have done to come up with it, explaining the benefits of all these foods. Amazing, so generous of you, you truly are a 🤓 nutrition nerd. Thank you for letting Sage 🤩 say Hi! She’s so cute. 👍❤️🇨🇦
I have been trying to find a way to make cottage cheese taste better so I'll actually eat it instead of buying it and leaving it in my fridge. Blueberries didn't do the trick so if anyone has any suggestions, I'm open to ideas.
I found these “crackers” called flackers. Im pretty sure they are on thrive markets website too. They literally just contain flack seed, vinegar and spices and are super crunchy. They come in a bunch of different flavors. Filled with fiber and some fat. I dip them into my cottage cheese and it makes a huge difference bc you get a nice crunch with the cottage cheese. Also i have found the brand of cottage cheese makes a big difference for me. Its a texture thing. Full fat Good culture is My favorite same as in the video!
Hi! You should check out my high protein cottage cheese cookie dough recipe! It's quick to make and so delicious! You can find the recipe here: www.autumnellenutrition.com/post/high-protein-cottage-cheese-cookie-dough-zero-sugar-17g-protein
I had cottage cheese, my scrambled eggs and it’s delicious. No need to add salt.
Add not had…
I tried cottage cheese with mixed berry (blackberries, raspberries, blueberries) sprinkles some protein powder.
This has been my go to breakfast on the go when I am in the office.
You can also try cook pineapple jam to put on top for change it up.
The bell going off🥰 awww
Thank you for the video Autumn!! Hope you're well, you seem better than ever!💜
❤❤❤love these food list! And Sage is checking it out, so precious 💕
I’ve watched so many videos of yours now that I can’t remember which one showed that amazing meal of meatloaf meatballs with cheese cooked in Guinness broth. Can you provide recipe? It’s haunting me!! 😂❤️
🌞 🛒 I'm going to need a bigger cart! Thanks, Autumn! ⚘️
Cheers! ☕️🕊♥️✨️
Can someone tell me how to make the tuna bowl so it tastes good? I got albacore tuna chunks from Costco, but it is really dry (?) so I need to add a ton of sauce to make it edible. I haven’t had this problem with other tuna so I don’t know if it’s just the albacore or because I got the chunks in water instead of flaked. I changed from Hellman’s mayo to an avocado-based mayo that’s more tangy and that has helped a bit.
Love this style of video listing supportive foods and facts. Would love a video on supporting hormones, like phase 1 and 2 of women’s cycles for detoxification and hormone balancing! And supporting human growth hormone, insulin resistance, etc!
Happy Women’s History Month, Autumn!❤
Thank you!😂
Developing the ability to be comfortable with being alone is a powerful tool for building inner strength and resilience, as it allows you to rely less on external sources of validation and focus more on your own self-growth and personal development.
Thank you for all the great information. You have helped me eat healthy consistently over the last few months. I’ve always been a healthy eater but you helped me to make best choices daily. Love you
No surprise here... most of these are NOT satiating. This was just an ad for Thrive Market.
What's the diff between Cottage cheese and Greek yogurt?
Apple pie?
Yeah! With slices of cheddar cheese on top
Most beautiful baby ever-since my babies many years ago Lol Her appearance made my day!
What are your thoughts on wheat bran to sprinkle on yogurt/etc?
My next question is...how the heck do you make sardines taste edible?!?! Love tuna blekk on the sardines..I've tried everything 😂
It’s good if you add tomato sauce and “mash” it onto toast. At least, that’s how I had it growing up, but it is an acquired taste lol.
Which brand of tuna has that much protein?
Please start mailing to Canada do we can try your whey isolate
also, what about mackerel, isn't it way superior to salmon, nutrientwise... it's also the fattiest of the fish, and we all need that omega 3 boost
Have you checked to see if mackerel might be high in mercury? Might not be the best choice if consume often.
My #1 Sardines in evoo
Sage!!! Soooo cute!❤❤❤
great video!😊
Omg I need that cuteness overload in every video! 😍 I love lamb & chicken meant + liver as just 600 grams keeps me satiated for 24 hours & helps me loose weight & I get an insane instant glow up! I love pork, eggs, tuna as secondary protein sources. Wish I could get wild caught salmon where I live. Completely gave up dairy, grains, veggies, nuts, & I've never been better! The only fruits I have are berries & oranges for dessert with greek yogurt, cacao & honey once/twice a week.
Thanks Autumn for this informative video.
Also, thanks to you, my family is now starting to like the kale salad. Must massage the kale to soak in the salad dressing.
