Thanks ya'll!
Thank you so much!! 🤯✨
I can’t really articulate how their two singles have made me felt, but it’s like the happiest, most chill metalcore I’ve ever heard. And not in the fun goofy way like Electric Callboy. This takes itself seriously but still brings so much levity and joy
I agree fellow Orbit Culture fan 🙂
probably because its not Metalcore lol
@@KlimMandingo I’m not well versed in music, so I can’t say for certain, but it FEELS like metalcore. The structure and instrumentation feel so familiar to me, just tuned up to a brighter tone, whereas typical metalcore tunes down to a darker tone
@@designateddriveranddragons8845 I wasnt trying to sound like a knob but this song just doesnt share any of the common elements of a metalcore song. No breakdowns, screaming, chugging riffs, double kick, etc. It could maybe be considered post-hardcore but even then its really poppy for a post hardcore song.
expresses exactly my feelings as well. thx :-)
When people say, "it's a vibe," this is the sort of music I think of.
The one band I hope never uses Breakdowns. Love the stuff the have put out so far and thank you for your review on this new song!
I think everyone needs to remember that breakdowns don't have to be heavy, specially nowadays which feels like everyone in the scene is just competing for who does the heaviest ones
I love that it still has those tiny little Alazka sounds especially in some of the intracity of the guitar tones and the bridge on Wonders
The playtrought he did of Dead end is a treat.
Like i said last time, i LOVE this guitarist. His sound, his style... Simply amazing
I could watch Marv fucking wail on that guitar all day 🤌🤌🖤
The joy and life I hear in this band reminds me weirdly of the 1975 but also Intervals? Weird mix I live for now apparently
Love these guys. Definitely a fan of the guitar in this, has the John Fusciante influence for sure.
It's the like the lovechild of Time, The Valuator and Normandie. It works shockingly well.
this fills the Hands Like Houses void in my heart
Phil absolutely shines on vocals in FLOYA
if you like the guitar solo check out Valiant Hearts' song called Vertigo, banger with a sick solo from Floya's guitarist as a feature artist.
Reminds me of Time, The Valuator.
Edit: I KNEW IT
This is some good music. Everything from the vocals, writing and instrumentals are amazing
chillcore, im here for this 2 absolutely gorgeous and the guitar has such a unique sound reminds me of red hot chili pepper guitar in some of their songs. I cant wait to see what else they have.
Thank you, been waiting for this
These guys are doing something very special.. neither of their songs have any business being that good, they're like a form of meditation for me. It's beauty, true beauty
Band is amazing im gonna have to buy tickets for them this week
Wow, I needed this
Wow! Didn't know these guys before, but they sound super fun!
You are right, that was gorgeous! The perfect word for it. Just gorgeous.
2022 vibecore is the new meta
Wow this sound is great I need a album from these guyz🔥🔥🔥🎸
This reminds me quite a bit of Makari (Andi Cizek's other project besides Monuments and Termina).
Thanks for reaction ❤
That song slaps !
I love both tracks it's hard for me to make a decision on which is my favorite between the 2
the hymn of the pretty
You need to check out When I Meet Death by Time the Valuator. One of the best songs ever
give me this as an album and i'm happy
happier version of time the valuator hahah
This has a 'summer' vibe. Sounds like what would be playing in a metal version of Abercrombie & Fitch. Not necessarily a criticism, just an observation!
If you like the guitar, go listen to Alazka (for example Dead End). These are some former members of this band, what you especially here in the guitar sound.
I think you're right that they're a 2 man band, none of the promo material includes the drummer that appears in these videos. I'm assuming he's just tagged along to make the videos feel more complete.
Floya is officially a two-man project. The drummer is ex-Alazka, and I think he is drumming on the album as a session artist.
the drummer was in Alazka.
Sounds like the progression Woe is Me was heading to honestly.
Wow
Holy fucking SHITTTTTTTT
Been really worried i was never going to hear his vocals again after leaving time, the valuator. I will be keeping my eye on this band even though its not really my style
They give me sort of Normandie vibes
Awesome fucking song!!!!! Dammm!!!!!
Wind walkers- hangfire. React asap!! It's amazing
I was wondering if your going to react to this and yes give me a EP or album and I'll be very happy
Should check out Valiant hearts- Yonder featuring this singer it is great
"All hard rock/metal is angry"
May I introduce you to this
The guitars def sound like ALAZKA
Disperse meet 90s Toto
this band reminds me slaves band with jonny
why not react (floya - wonders) ?
He did say he check it on stream before
Yeah he listened on stream (you can actually still watch it on his Twitch channel since the VOD isn‘t deleted yet). He really liked it
oh sorry, i skip that part
@@andrewy_ www.twitch.tv/videos/1437591254?t=00h39m55s Gotchu
@@andrewy_ you can check the highlights video on RUclips. Wonders is almost 50 per cent of that highlight video.
Still no UABB album reaction. Deym I'm surprised you didn't react to that album it's just so good. You just missed a bunch of bangers on that album.
Eh give it next week or two he could react to it on a stream cause there isn't really any album next week.
@@Grenixity i get that he's giving those small bands more exposure like this band cuz they're have a potential but still hoping for that album reaction tho.
@@core4784 true may 6 was a pretty busy album release week though so, that why he may not have chose that as his first choice for albums that came out so yeah we see
@@core4784 He‘s doing one or two per week. He‘s probably making a highlight for Silverstein rn
Maybe next stream he might do it
@@Glintingbeetle 2 great albums came out. This makes me hard to pick my AOTY cuz there's something more coming. I've already had Northlane on my list plus MIW's upcoming album hoping that shts bangs too.
You've never heard anything sound like this?) Any pop rock/pop prog band, please enter the name here. 😂🙈 Song's good, solo's solid, vocals are on point, but I wouldn't recommend it to any of my friends who listen to heavier bands)
