Poems & a Movie: Sometimes I Dream in Farsi

Help me start Poems & a Movie series! I’m putting together the inagural event on Thursday, August 8th at 6pm for my filmmaker friend, Pirooz Kalayeh, to show his award winning film, Sometimes I Dream in Farsi. There will also be a literary reading before the film showing featuring Porochista Khakpour, Alina Pleskova, and Violet Gehringer. Join us at Quig's at Plays and Players Theatre at 1714 Delancey St, Philadelphia, catch some great live performances, an amazing film, and hang out with us afterward as we discuss our thoughts and takeaways.
