The Sky. A poem about giving in to the storm sometimes.

I started writing this poem when my eldest son was small and was asking me lots of questions about the weather. He asked me “is the sky crying?” as he watched the rain one day and it prompted this poem.
I like the idea that we’re a little bit like the sky - that it’s sometimes necessary for us to cry and shout and breathe deeply in order for us to be calm again.
