“Aliens” Themed 3-Gun at CQB Brutality

- Finally was able to get the current version of my Aliens inspired M56 “Smartgun” out to the range, but not just a normal range day: @InrangeTv CQB Brutality called to me and I answered “let’s rock”. In their “3 Goon” class and “Action Hero” division, my kit consisted of the Smartgun, my Mossberg Shockwave build for those close encounters, and a Daewoo DP51 in case I got chased into an air vent. I had to go fill Vasquez with my outfit and it all worked out better than expected.
It’s ok to go to events just to have fun and maybe sharpen your skills a bit. This wasn’t built to win, but I had an absolute blast.

It would be cool if you could make a heads up display monocle which showed where it was aiming
If you were to put an IR laser on it, and ran NVGs with a day filter, it would accomplish that reasonably well
I had a similar idea. You could even mount a small monitor to the system. Some digital optics might allow you to do this
I believe this guy by the name of stubbs customs had developed a head mounted camera device that attaches to the gun as an aiming device.
Who cares how you performed, this is legendary! Love the videos and the creativity you bring to the industry/sport of shooting. ❤
Others have mentioned a HUD option, but I'm pretty sure Stubbs has put out files for a printable one based on the work he did for the bootleg panoramic NVGs. You'd have to run a wire from the gun cam to your head, but the CAD work should be minimal.
Bluetooth camera and micro/macro display, zoom can be controlled by a mouse wheel or roller switch

Temu night vision with the 2.4” screen at your eye and the camera looking threw the scope on the gun. Runs day and night. Just look at the screen. A little 3D printing and a helmet for the screen to piggy back off of. Your totally aliens inspired them

That weird desert tech lower would actually work with this build
So would digital NV like the any of the sionyx systems because they could detect infrared during the day with risk of damage
Like others have said some sort of “heads up display” would be very dope. Or maybe just move the sight you already have into a more convenient location to actually aim with.
We have to peer that with the Apple Vision, no kidding

I and many other people apparently want you to get a monocle! I poked around for a while trying to map out how it would be done, a ATN scope streaming would probably make the most sense, maybe the new holosun would work with its digital dot, but alternatively a go pro setup behind a reddot might work with its streaming capabilities, then i thought a FPV drone camera! One 'pirate' camera exists and Naomi Wu made a printed monocle setup that might work, the issues I see are dot & camera clarity trying to see a dot through a camera and a distant target. Might work though.

suspenders are underrated in this modern age, look into it for real. Might be exactly what you're looking for to remedy a jerry-rigged belt system.
It really just needs to be tied to the test of the “vest”. It’s not designed to bear any weight, so the loaded mags were a struggle for it.

Make a grip where you can point your index finger preferably around the hand gaurd then you can quickly just point at what you want to shoot with your finger and the barrel with hit the target where you're pointing. Its called point shooting im sure you already know abt it tho.

The thing to remember is that we’ve got two very different genres of movie here. Alien is pure horror. Aliens is sci-fi action. Both are some of the absolute best at their respective genres.
A great set up and a fantastic effort. Competing with the uncompetitive.
Any chance you can model something for a Sar9, keltech pmr 30, or hi point jhp 45. Id love one of those to look like a p2020 or re45 from Titanfall

@@nickbutler9831 it’ll work with the 9 and 40 parts kits. We haven’t done any testing on the other calibers.
