Don't know why I never thought to see if you had a YT channel. I've been following your other socials for awhile as I won't to learn how to achieve that comic book style in my work. Glad to see this video popping up in my searches.
Do you think you could do a updated version of this vid with a breakdown of your techniques, settings, and whatever else you think helps contribute to your finish product?
Yo Ryan, this is Emanuel, I met you several years ago at the Long Beach Comicon and have been a fan of yours ever since. I also attended the Jim Kelly Memorial in Los Angeles, the Crenshaw District, and you were there as well with your Jim Kelly art. I really, really admire your talent and I'm currently applying for a loan via the Pandemic Disaster Relief. If it goes through, I will then have a budget to get my graphic novel going and I want you to do the pencils. I believe your agent's name is Yoshi, if I'm wrong I apologize. I hope I can employ you in the very near future and you are available, it's a very dope concept and I believe you would really enjoy working on it. Thanks.
Hey whats the Rough Pencil brush you are using? I have tried so many pencil brushes in Clip Studio and I dont like any of them but the one youa re using actually looks like pencil. It says ROUGH PENCIL but its not the standard one that comes with Clip Studio, looks like the "texture" is different, a japanese symbol. Would you mind sharing? THanks!!
Hello 👋 what computer specs and what type of wacom cintiq you got i'm trying to build a pc for drawing in clip Studio but I don’t know what I need for it to run smooth like yours pc
Each of those applications has its strengths and weaknesses. Clip studio has a better line efficiency than PS or Illustrator because of how quick you can modify the line and adapt it to your specific style. Imagine drawing in alpha or you are using a standard pencil tool on a vector layer and you can quickly modify your stroke with a simple click. You don't get that with PS or Illustrator. But at the same time both applications do things that Clip Studio cant. To me Clip studio take the most important parts of PS and Illustrator and perfects it.

Awesome video. I draw traditionally because my digital lines never look as good. Clip Studio may be an option I need to look into.

Hey Ryan, I wanted to ask if you ever made a part 2 to this video. I've been trying to steal some of your techniques, lol.
Please make a playlist for your tutorials

What brushes do you use to sketch with Clip Art? Are they custom brushes? If so, where can I get them? Thanks.

Yes, Contact Yoshi for all future business inquires.
Awesome. Really enjoyed this video and Brothers Bond. Is there a reason you use white versus the transparent when erasing/making corrections?

Where is part 2 😭😭
When it comes to using Clip Art Studio, which version do you use EX or Pro?
EX
Is it better than Adobe Photoshop and illustrator?

@@ryanbnjmnart thank you. I'm a art student at scad. Also can you format your artwork from clips studio into a psd file to transfer over to PS?
