Some small corrections:
1:55 - The ones you can find all over Portugal are the Pastéis de Nata, you can't find Pastéis de Belém anywhere else except in Belém. Plus, they're not the same.
4:40 - Portugal is 6th in the GPI (2022), not 4th.
5:13 - AvEIro, not AvIEro.
6:18 - The same applies here: molicEIro, not molicIEro.
7:40 - 733 years, not 600.
9:39 - AlbufeIRa, not AlbufeRIa.

Hi, I'm gonna be picky but you should use the term "Portugal mainland", as Portugal includes Madeira, Porto Santo and the Azores island.
Living in small islands isn't for every one but some do enjoy that.
Faro isn't the most charming Portuguese town, but as you mentioned, it has an international airport and it's easy access by car to Spain.
The most expensive properties are found close to Faro. Quinta do Lago, Vale de Lobo, Vilamoura (also known as the golden triangle) with pricey golf courses.

Guimarães is still the capital on royal document...but over the centuries Lisbon become more popular for the trade and geographic position so there declare Lisbon as capital 😉

Better than Mafra and not the silver coast, but close...Torres Vedras! Best hidden gem no one, but me is talking about!! Bought a house here and so happy...Beautiful, 20km to the beach and 30km to Lisbon center! ❤Portugal
