Thanks for watching! Yes, I had major router issues on the joystick dust washers areas. My original router fell apart as I was doing the P1 side so I had to go get a replacement router, then the bit kept falling out when I was doing the P2 side. It wasn't catastrophic enough to redo the whole panel, so I made it work. I've never claimed to be a master woodworker.

Mike, I use an automatic Multi tool with a paint scraping attachment. It takes the old CPO off in minutes!
