I have been 108-118 last 8 yrs . Never had 1 weight gain. Same with my husband it’s so funny my husband was always chulby n over weight then yo yo diet when gym 6 days a week till I got rid of his eating disorder 8 yrs ago ! Exact the same method with AFU ! Very interesting thing ! I suspect 2 things : 1 u r new mom, u do not sleep well 😴! 2 u do not eat on time ! Believe or not . It’s hormonal issue ! Not diet n exercise issue ! -- our college professor told us that ! N if hormonal issue is not fixed nkt amount of diet n exercise will help ! Cuz if ur alwyss taking care of baby , you r alwyss lack of zzz , u skip meals (taking baby out at park , come home have to bath n feed baby first , put them to bed 🛌) finally eat u r going to have blood sugar with draw n body is going to go to fat reservation mode , slow down metablism . The 2 hrs of delay of eating 🍽 Eveydsy ! Will mess yr body up. Cuz ur body thinks u r constantly starving ! Resolution :”no time to eat ! Microwave some egg 🥚 (those microwave egg 🥚 gadget ) . Toss mayo /avocado oil , drop of matchup/honey garlic 🧄 sauce . Just drops for taste 👅) egg has high high high protein . Some fat in seasoning is okay , cuz want ur brain 🧠 feel satisfied . So won’t crave for other things ! I add avocado 🥑 , garlic salt 🧂 in d egg n mayo too. It taste 👍🏻 butter . Add chopped. Green onion if u went ! I can (pre) make 8-10 eggs 🥚 just put in fridge last 3 days . Easy grab n go . Take small scoops with u at park , eat in the car when shopping or breast feeding . etc . (We went to Niagara Falls for 4 day vacation ! My husband cooked 9 eggs n 2 avocados 🥑. Mayo , honey 🍯 garlic sauce ) we brought it out in hotel fridge . We both scoop some when we get hungry already ,before we head out for meal 🥘. So body won’t crash 💥! Just when ur hungry 🤤 alwyas always eat RIGHt way ‘ don’t wait ! Even eat 1 Donut 🍩 muffin n buy some time before Family Meal 🥘. Still will prevent u from weight gain. Cuz ur body won’t crash n hoard fat next 20 hours 💥! (This is utter gem 💎 advice from my professor ! A lot ppl with strict diet won’t understand it ) . Do it ! Me n my husband both 8 yrs out of eating disorder ! I do NOT go to gym I am skinny no what what I eat now ( I used to train half marathon , badminton 🏸 whatever I ate I would get fat ). I took nutrition in college in Toronto . Ppl r doing evrything Wrong 😑 ! AFU is dojng Eveythjng Right ! 1 . He is smart ! Key thing ! Pre make meal 🥘 d day before ! (Professor told us make huge portions Ahead of time ! A when I feel hungry , u have 15-20 min window 🪟to eat before body go into calory saving mode ). So Grocery shopping n pre cooking 🥘 is key . So u won’t panic 😱 when hungry 2 he put Egg 🥚 in his meal 🥘 all meat 🍖 add protein ! But evey meal add an egg 🥚 slows down yr digestion !!! Egg 🥚makes u FULL , disgest slower ! And lots protein . Gives yr body extra 30min-hour boost before u feel hungry again . It MAKES huge difference eating it daily ! Yeah my husband eats chips n pizza 🍕 whatever he wants now even tho he still works out 💪🏼 4 days a week . Cuz motablism is leveled . We eat anything n no weight gain lol 😂 best feeling ever . We just eat on time now . I ate donut 🍩 n cake 🍰 but a few bites in I am full. U eat actual pre made lunch 🍱 -dinner daily . U will only crave for Real Meals vs snacks ! It’s crazy 😜! Also crazy 😜 trick ! Make sure Eat LUNCH 🥙 on time !!! Cuz if u don’t eat lunch on time u will not feel hungry 🤤 at Dinner time , n by the time 10 pm hit ur like (I am not hungry ) then 11:30pm hit CRAZY hunger !!! Lunch 🍱 with pre made food 🍱! Last : the smartest thing my professor told us ! PRE MAKE hUGE portions , 30 % go to freezer for rainy day . If food run out , ur sick , grocery run out …. Ur eating schedule won’t be disrupted ! U have to set Alarm clock daily for lunch n dinner (cuz first while u won’t feel hunger due to hormonal imbalance ). Grocery, meal 🥘 prep , 🥶 freezer side prep, ⏰ daily reminder of eating . (First 2 weeks u will gain 1-2 lb a week , by 3rd 4 th week u will eat full meal 🥘 won’t gain anything ) next 6 months u will prob lose 1-2 lb A month by eating 🍽 full balanced meal 🥘 ! I mean full meals (carb, protein , vege + an egg 🥚). Trust me 1-2 lb weight loss a month without any exercise is crazy n u will Never gain it back . By 6 months u lose 10 lb without doing anything . Ur shirt size go down a size (ud be like what the heck ! I eat more than ever ). Me n my husband both went thru that ! It’s so strange . He was not expecting weight loss cuz he was exercising less ! I am taking time to write this ! Cuz mom is hardest job in the world 🌎! Women don’t give enough support for other women. Seeing any mom struggle hurts me to know I was in that shoes long ago alone . The big thing with weight gain with mom is lack of zzz ! Staying up late ⏰ night duty can increase appetite ! My husband looked Close to AFU (maybe not as much but 250 lb range ) , he gained most of weight doing Over night woke in IT . Yeah the hunger .
I gain weight after pregnancy. Now I’m eating veggies, microgreens, animal proteins, nuts and grains. Cut out sugary foods, some exercise is helping me on a slow weight loss path. Thomas you are very inspiring and brings joy to see you and your family on this healthy journey.
Thomas Shifu, this is my third viewing of this particular video! I find it very inspirational, it's like watching a caterpillar morph into a butterfly and we all can do it. Although I do not have a weight problem, I'm am going to apply your method to other aspects of my life. (1. Decide what we want. 2. Find a workable method. 3. I lost 22kg in around 8 months, but gained 6kg after I changed daily exercises to like once a week for 4 months. So keep doing daily exercises, even if it's only a few minutes!
I'm really proud of you and your wife and the changes you have made to your health and life! You guys are awesome !! I used to be a severely over-weight girl growing up, lack of confidence and friends. I lost 60 lbs in college and got my life back. That was 12 years ago. I gained about 20 lbs back during the 12 years because kids, work and busier life style. But I'm ready to go back to my go-lean routine. Hopefully, it will work out. Fingers crossed.

要吃得健康,少吃重口味和油炸的食物。尽量连零食都选吃蔬果酥和坚果类。还有别忘了坚持运动,就算很忙每次饭后走10分钟都行💖阿福瘦下来真的帅很多😻也健康了不少🙌🏻

@@德国真实记录 只要愿意学,德国人学汉语就很简单,比中国人学德语简单多了。因为普通话基本没有困难的语法,而且发音也就那么几个。极端一点的例子有我认识的一个德国朋友,他在大连呆了半年后普通话就已经很流利了。我丈夫没去过中国,我就是平时和他散步时应他要求教他一些词汇,他现在的汉语水平已经相当高了,而且他的普通话发音比我标准得多,

一個月減2-3公斤比較健康,身體也容易適應
半年下來也能有10-15公斤
減肥的人肯定很急

作为一个曾经靠自己乱来成功减重20kg、至今(也5年多了)养成健身习惯并维持减肥效果的过来人,博主说的都是正确的。
在这里也分享一下自己的经验,改变可以从一点点开始,即渐进式改变。
比如我最开始是将晚饭改成自己喜欢吃的水果。由于开始减肥的时候还在读研,能买和买得起的水果种类并不多,一般都是柚子、香蕉、苹果、番石榴、西瓜这些,开始的时候不计算量(也不懂),吃到饱。同时,开始运动,无论是什么运动,包括健身、跑步等等,只要每天完成30分钟以上就算完成。这段时间是体重(仅仅是体重)降得最快的时间,每天称都可以掉个1~2斤,非常有成就感。
坚持一段时间后,发现体重下不去了,也看了一些减重的知识类资料,开始计算热量。早餐、午饭还是照吃,但晚餐改成麦片、即食鸡胸肉、水果等自己爱吃的。一开始是感觉饿的,能忍的时候就不加餐,如果太饿了,就吃点吧,只要不放开吃,不会影响这个阶段的体重下降。
上面两个阶段不知不觉就维持了大约9个月,体重基本就从90k降到了70k以下,从体型上看效果是很明显的。于我个人而言,比较明显的是脸,胖的时候脸是圆的,像气球打了气一样。
再后面就,开始从减重变成减脂,体重方面就只是非常缓慢的下降了。但已经成功将健身变成自己的爱好,形成一种生活方式,只要时间允许,我都会去健身。现在,在饮食上没有那么严格控制,还是会胖回来一点点的,但没有很离谱,维持在75k左右,自己的心理关是可以过的了。
所以,减重,就像博主说的,改变生活,将相对健康的饮食和运动加到生活里,一点点的加。开始的时候,不要管对不对,只要不伤害身体,去试了就行。当然,“胡乱”的开始会错失一些所谓的减脂红利期,但说一句,我们的目的只是改变自己,让自己瘦下来,这不影响目的达成。开了头一切就有可能了!顺便说一句,健身真的会上瘾的!!!

我每次都說,減肥成功的人以後做什麼都會成功! 其實把減肥變成養成習慣, 會比較輕鬆一點, 那時候每天早上起床做個運動30分鐘( yt的30分鐘運動,隨便找很多), 感覺還不錯, 一整天精神都會好, 幾個月, 飲食習慣除了少吃加工產品(尤其是糖), 有沒有瘦不知道, 但身體結實了很有感, 也比較有精神, 因為是習慣養成, 現在不用費神麼力就自動去搜個有興趣的影片跟著做, 170/60路過
從看起來是肥宅,變成型男,我也在努力從去年11月108公斤到現在72公斤,從一天三餐加宵夜>戒宵夜>168斷食法吃兩餐>到現在一天一餐,減重真的需要很大的壓力跟堅持下去的動力,看了你的影片也讓我更加努力下去,一起加油😃

我從58公斤,瘦到45公斤。
算是無痛減肥吧~沒特別節食跟運動,也沒特別忌口,只是改變一些習慣。
跟大家分享吧~
首先要先了解自己的飲食及熱量消耗(就是運動啦):
1.我可以飲料戒糖,因為我本身就不愛喝有糖飲料,只是偶爾會喝巧克力牛奶,檸檬愛玉。
2.我不喜歡運動
3.我喜歡是肥肉,五花牛、五花豬、雞腿之類的,瘦肉吃不了,太硬很難吃。我也吃不了生菜沙拉之類的。所以我知道我不適合低脂類的減肥法。
4.有吃宵夜的習慣
5.特別愛吃飯,但不愛吃零食,唯一愛吃的就是巧克力
從58公斤瘦到52公斤,大概花半年(雖然慢,但是一點都不痛苦,所以可以持續執行)
我習慣的改變:
1.我吃低醣飲食(一個月後進入生酮飲食),就是減少碳水攝入。因為很愛吃飯,所以不可能一開始就完全不吃。不需要這麼逼自己,很容易失敗。
一碗飯變半碗,後來中午吃碳水,晚餐有時候吃有時候不吃碳水。(維持一個月,主要就是減少碳水的攝取)肉類,照吃五花、雞腿,因為沒有飯了,至少還有喜歡的肉吃,不痛苦
2.只吃8、9分飽,且飯後去散步
3.不吃宵夜
4.飲料喝無糖,且每天喝水大概有1500cc
5.巧克力吃黑巧克力,盡量挑含糖量少的,也不要每天吃。突然想吃時,再買。不要買來放,不然會一直吃。真的想吃零食,就會買堅果來吃(盡量是無調味,覺得難吃可以吃薄鹽的,加糖的不要吃。)
會發現自己食量慢慢變小哦!
52到50公斤:(半年)
其實到52我已滿意,沒有特別想繼續瘦了,以上習慣都持續維持(但是沒有繼續吃生酮飲食,改低醣,因為我還是想吃飯),只是感覺食量一直在變小,所以攝取的熱量減少,就慢慢瘦了。
50-47公斤(半年)
因為開始工作了,壓力大,吃不下==,慶幸我吃壓力瘦型,萬一是一有壓力就想吃東西恐怕不樂觀。這段時間,我的食量變更小了,一個便當,不要飯,還常常吃不完。
47公斤到45公斤(約1個月)
接觸到168斷食,想說來試試看,結果真的瘦很快。但是如果剛開始減肥,就用這個方法,應該會很痛苦,因為有挨餓的時候。
我因為已經到達滿意的體重,所以沒特別嚴格執行斷食,如果很餓,我就喝杯豆漿。
現在比較是“餓了就吃,不餓就停” 是“不餓”,不是“飽”哦,然後想吃什麼都可以啦!
因為食量已經很小了,表示熱量攝取很少。所以我麥當勞照吃,想吃蛋糕也可以(但是大概就吃個2、3口)
但是心理大概有計算,不會天天都吃麥當勞,天天吃蛋糕,就是回歸到均衡飲食。不過我還是不愛運動,還是只有吃飽後散步,尤其是晚餐。
體重有浮動(現在就是46-44.7公斤在浮動)不用太在意啦!沒反彈過就是了,因為都是按照“不特別勉強自己”的方式減肥。
長長的分享,祝福大家都有健康的身體。特別認同阿福講的,為健康減肥,而不是“美”。我當初想減,也是覺得身體變沉重,容易沒精神,彎腰時會卡到肚子(驚!)

自己在香港,我日常基本上是這樣子的。
冷藏雞胸肉(三十多塊錢港幣一包,夠吃半個星期)
冷凍蝦肉(三十多塊錢兩包,夠吃兩天)
其他肉類(雞、牛等等)特價或者錢大媽打烊時買便宜的,物美價廉
蔬菜/水果(趁街市快打烊時買,十塊錢就能買到三餐量的蔬菜/水果)
主食方面自己會水煮低卡一點的麵或者麥皮。麵十幾塊港幣就有一大包,夠吃一個星期麥皮二十多塊錢1kg,夠吃一個半星期。
這樣子加起來自己煮其實甚至比外面買快餐更加便宜和健康
我也在香港,在这里自己做和外食真是差太多了,我也坚持自己做饭,包括给两个孩子,既可以用最好的食材也可以做的很好吃,同时也非常健康!

(We went to Niagara Falls for 4 day vacation ! My husband cooked 9 eggs n 2 avocados 🥑. Mayo , honey 🍯 garlic sauce ) we brought it out in hotel fridge . We both scoop some when we get hungry already ,before we head out for meal 🥘. So body won’t crash 💥!
Just when ur hungry 🤤 alwyas always eat RIGHt way ‘ don’t wait ! Even eat 1 Donut 🍩 muffin n buy some time before Family Meal 🥘. Still will prevent u from weight gain. Cuz ur body won’t crash n hoard fat next 20 hours 💥! (This is utter gem 💎 advice from my professor ! A lot ppl with strict diet won’t understand it ) .
Do it ! Me n my husband both 8 yrs out of eating disorder ! I do NOT go to gym I am skinny no what what I eat now ( I used to train half marathon , badminton 🏸 whatever I ate I would get fat ). I took nutrition in college in Toronto . Ppl r doing evrything Wrong 😑 !

1 . He is smart ! Key thing ! Pre make meal 🥘 d day before ! (Professor told us make huge portions Ahead of time ! A when I feel hungry , u have 15-20 min window 🪟to eat before body go into calory saving mode ). So Grocery shopping n pre cooking 🥘 is key . So u won’t panic 😱 when hungry
2 he put Egg 🥚 in his meal 🥘 all meat 🍖 add protein ! But evey meal add an egg 🥚 slows down yr digestion !!! Egg 🥚makes u FULL , disgest slower ! And lots protein . Gives yr body extra 30min-hour boost before u feel hungry again . It MAKES huge difference eating it daily !
Yeah my husband eats chips n pizza 🍕 whatever he wants now even tho he still works out 💪🏼 4 days a week . Cuz motablism is leveled . We eat anything n no weight gain lol 😂 best feeling ever . We just eat on time now . I ate donut 🍩 n cake 🍰 but a few bites in I am full. U eat actual pre made lunch 🍱 -dinner daily . U will only crave for Real Meals vs snacks ! It’s crazy 😜!
Also crazy 😜 trick ! Make sure Eat LUNCH 🥙 on time !!! Cuz if u don’t eat lunch on time u will not feel hungry 🤤 at Dinner time , n by the time 10 pm hit ur like (I am not hungry ) then 11:30pm hit CRAZY hunger !!! Lunch 🍱 with pre made food 🍱!
Last : the smartest thing my professor told us ! PRE MAKE hUGE portions , 30 % go to freezer for rainy day . If food run out , ur sick , grocery run out …. Ur eating schedule won’t be disrupted ! U have to set Alarm clock daily for lunch n dinner (cuz first while u won’t feel hunger due to hormonal imbalance ).
Grocery, meal 🥘 prep , 🥶 freezer side prep, ⏰ daily reminder of eating . (First 2 weeks u will gain 1-2 lb a week , by 3rd 4 th week u will eat full meal 🥘 won’t gain anything ) next 6 months u will prob lose 1-2 lb A month by eating 🍽 full balanced meal 🥘 ! I mean full meals (carb, protein , vege + an egg 🥚). Trust me 1-2 lb weight loss a month without any exercise is crazy n u will Never gain it back . By 6 months u lose 10 lb without doing anything . Ur shirt size go down a size (ud be like what the heck ! I eat more than ever ). Me n my husband both went thru that ! It’s so strange . He was not expecting weight loss cuz he was exercising less !
I am taking time to write this ! Cuz mom is hardest job in the world 🌎! Women don’t give enough support for other women. Seeing any mom struggle hurts me to know I was in that shoes long ago alone .
The big thing with weight gain with mom is lack of zzz ! Staying up late ⏰ night duty can increase appetite ! My husband looked Close to AFU (maybe not as much but 250 lb range ) , he gained most of weight doing Over night woke in IT . Yeah the hunger .

I gain weight after pregnancy. Now I’m eating veggies, microgreens, animal proteins, nuts and grains. Cut out sugary foods, some exercise is helping me on a slow weight loss path. Thomas you are very inspiring and brings joy to see you and your family on this healthy journey.

生完老二花了半年从120减到98,我只想说,这是我这辈子目前为止最有意义的一个决定和行动!这半年我养成每天7点起床做运动的好习惯,吃东西也以蛋白质为主,碳水脂肪为辅。也会在想吃好吃的的时候奖励自己狠狠吃一顿火锅炸鸡麻辣烫。对正在减肥或者想减肥的人,我诚心的建议你们,一定要开开心心去做这件事!实在忍不住吃,就开心的吃,吃完再鼓足勇气去继续减!认真享受生命的每个瞬间也是很重要的~最后的最后,还是那句话,坚持才有结果!你会得到所付出的回报❤

飲食順序 半杯水> 肉 >菜 >飯>水果 , 細嚼慢嚥..我是這樣吃的 ,基本上吃到後面你吃不完 我每次飯都剩很多 ,後來乾脆只吃半碗甚至不吃 就飽了 。 如果你有在健身的,那就 菜和飯一起吃吧 , 碳水攝取還是很重要的。

@@jingpan3674 問題就是肉多往往就是不健康的警燈啊。今年我有個認識了20幾年的朋友過世了,就是因為胖而且不注意飲食,結果得了癌症,戰鬥了四個月還是撒手人寰了。
肚子赘肉多确实得各种疾病风险都加大 还是要调节生活方式减减脂!

Thomas Shifu, this is my third viewing of this particular video! I find it very inspirational, it's like watching a caterpillar morph into a butterfly and we all can do it. Although I do not have a weight problem, I'm am going to apply your method to other aspects of my life. (1. Decide what we want. 2. Find a workable method. 3. Stick to it until we see results) Watching your bubbly character and your 'life is fun' attitude makes me want to take life less seriously and just enjoy myself. 很利害喔, 最難就是管住自己的口, 特別是減重時間一長, 就會很想吃明知肥的食物, 我知道只有堅持才能成功的, 4月開始已經減了5KG, 只是剛剛起步, 希望能和你一様有這麼大和好的改變.

I lost 22kg in around 8 months, but gained 6kg after I changed daily exercises to like once a week for 4 months. So keep doing daily exercises, even if it's only a few minutes!

I used to be a severely over-weight girl growing up, lack of confidence and friends. I lost 60 lbs in college and got my life back. That was 12 years ago. I gained about 20 lbs back during the 12 years because kids, work and busier life style. But I'm ready to go back to my go-lean routine. Hopefully, it will work out. Fingers crossed.

我是戒不了米飯🍚主要是不吃米飯餓得很快,還有就是習慣,也不是三餐都吃米飯、就其中有一餐一定要吃米飯,現在只有米飯少吃一點 完全不吃我是不行的
糙米真的很饱腹 虽然热量和白米差不多 但是吃完很久不饿的 可以试试!

地点新加坡,身为女人,一辈子都在跟减肥为伴,尤其是在生了孩子以后。我是一直饮食清淡,但是从来不节食,因为我卡路里消耗的非常高。只要我吃饱饭,每晚都会运动,或游泳或散步或打篮球或网球或跳拉丁,减肥最重要的是坚持!其实做任何事情最重要都是坚持!只要坚持,你一定会成功!往往减肥失败的都是半途而废的。
