- I’m excited to share a look at what I’ve got packed in my 4Runner for road tripping, camping, and travel around the US. I’ve turned this into more than an adventure rig - to me it is a home away from home on wheels. I hope you enjoy getting to snoop around in there 😉 Please let me know if you have any travel-related questions for an upcoming Q&A! Thanks for watching ❤︎

I'm all for your new adventures, but I do miss your old content so much. I'm still here though after all these years😊
Thank you for sticking with me through the years 😊
From what’s in my walking pharmacy to what’s in my truck! Love it.
That's not a truck 😂
@@carlasmith4777 Sure it is
Yes! I won one of the walking pharmacy giveaways back in the day, I’ve loved following Jen’s journey all these years! ❤
You know it 😏
@@carlasmith4777 who on earth cares?
I'm so sorry for your loss. Winnie was so loved by your audience. I'm so happy she's at peace.
So sorry about Winnie Jen! I hope you are hanging in there and sending you my love ❤
Thank you 💕🐾
‼️‼️ PLEASE LOOK up safety with JACKERY type charging blocks! They ignite spontaneously. ONLY dirt puts out the fire. We are NHRA Drag racers and these jackery etc are supposed to only be used outdoors. Everyone is putting them inside SUVs etc. NOT safe. I’m not criticizing at all. Our battery charging blocks stay outside ESPECIALLY when in using for charging items!. 😊
HOLD UP! Thanks for the advice. I have a small generator, a wee bit bigger than a large Jackery, that we use for camping, so we can leave our big one home. I've been looking into these rechargeable battery banks as a way to be able to use it inside my tent, etc.
Are you saying, even a fire extinguisher can't put out the fire?? I will definitely be looking into this. Thanks for the info. I paid $500 for my small generator and it's fine, but heavy, gas, and hard for me crank. I don't want to invest another $500+ in something that can just explode. Wtf.
Only a big bucket of dirt works if you don’t have the special whatever to extinguish. It has to be smothered
I agree. My friend was charging hers for Coachella and it literally blew up and ignited a fire.
Thanks for the head’s up! Yikes 😳
Thanks for the advice. I had no idea.
I watched you after a bit and what I notice is a strong (even physically) woman with confidence and pride and joy oozing out in her stance and body language 😍 makes me so happy for you. And your organising skills are just perfect as always. This inspires me to go organise our jeep that’s stuffed with camping stuff all so haphazardly 😅
KUDOS living your life to the fullest...condolences on Winnie's passing...run free beautiful Winnie.
Thank you 💕🐾
Thanks Jen ~ loved this tour.....you did great with the organization and I'm always impressed with your adventures, love your channel so much!
I’m so happy you enjoyed it! Thanks for your kindness ❤️
Thanks for sharing enjoyed seeing what you have and how you live on the road x
Great rig! Love the setup. Been living out of mine for a year and the more days pass by the more I cherish it! Keep up the great content.
Loved this video Jen! Saw your post about Winnie ❤❤❤ sending so much love to you!
Thank you 💕🐾
yay I love an organized like Jen... Thanks!
😁🚙👍
Thank you! Very inspirational!😍
I enjoyed this tour and I appreciated the safety tips in the end. Safe travels 🤍 🚙
Living vicariously through you 😊 How I love watching your adventures! Great setup!
Original subscriber here who came for all the first organizer vids AND grooming Winnie (so much help with my Lhasa)..wow, alot of catching up to do and massive changes in your life..i stopped watching utube for quite a few years as my own life transitioned but, After seeing some clips of you mentioning hateful judgy comments...just be kind to yourself. I found you to be helpful, thoughtful and very conscientious!!!! throughout all your early content. We all go through transitions and i commend your strengths..carry on friend 😊
I just bought the same 4Runner so looking for setup and car camping, thanks so helpful and gives me some ideas!!
Hi Jen, I saw your post about Winnie and was truly saddened. Sending a hug. Hopefully these travels will help with your loss.

Thank you 💕🐾
I just bought the 40th Anniversary edition 4runner and I love it. I'm Canadian and I just came back from my first road trip with it through New England. It was wonderful!
Great to finally see this tour!
I’m so happy to have finally filmed it 😅
Thank you Jen! ❤
That was cool!
Awesome set-up! Blue, the adventure mobile! 💙
this is amazing! definitely got some great tips and tricks for road tripping. i really miss my 4runner i named him artemis.
You did just fine !!! Keep it up !!
Love these videos
It’s so nice to see that you’re stressing the safety factor, especially for a solo female vehicle dweller. Be prepared, don’t become a statistic out there. And even while sharing your life with the world, do maintain some sense of veil and vigilance for your own safety. We don’t live in a perfect world, and the sooner that’s realized, the longer you can be around for all the beauty that it also holds.
You have a decent setup, which meets your needs for the time being. And rearranging in the future is a great and necessary consideration.
I hope you’ll keep making more videos like this, and allowing us viewers to share and enjoy your journey…living an alternative lifestyle that some of us may, or may never get to live👍💙👍
Great video! I am preparing for a four night five day backcountry hiking adventure. I would love to hear about any changes you have made or what items/practices worked well for you since your Picture Rocks National Lakeshore backpacking adventure.
So sorry for your loss of beautiful winnie I know you miss her
Thank you 💕🐾
I think you are very brave and adventurous ... have you been in a situation that you felt the need to leave, and, if so, has this happened very much? Have fun, be safe!
Hi! I would love to learn more about the Go Berkey water filter. Do you already have a video about it? How does it work? Is it easy to use? Any tips?
Also, I'm so sorry to hear about Winnie. I hope you find comfort in your memories of her. 🤍
This is all so out of my wheelhouse but i find it very interesting. And i sense u find it very empowering and freeing! My question. What are the things u thought u would love about all of this but found u dont. And vice versa. Is there something that surprised u that u love about road life (or whatever is the proper term?). I love to see women living their best lives! Keep it up!
We take apopTarts when we go camping. We have one of those hamburger flippers. We just put the pop tarts in it and cook it over the fire. Really good
Yum!
Hi Jen! I really like your setup! I have my Subaru Forester outfitted for life on the road and there are a lot of similarities between our organizational methods (e.g. I also have a journal and book cubby near my bed!).
I spent the winter in Hawaii and the spring traveling South America so I was away from my "rig" for a little while. Now that I've returned and done a camping road trip from Utah to Washington, I have noted some changes I hope to make to my setup to better meet my current needs and aesthetic desires.
I do have a question for you: Have you considered getting a roof box? Personally, I use my roof box to store my backpacking/ mountaineering gear and really enjoy not having to take up room in the car from those items that are never used while I'm actually occupying the car. Also, another fun question: Tell us one of your dream destinations! :)
Can you do a blog on how you research locations you’re going to be camping at ?
Your amazing organizational skills have definitely come in handy with jen2.0! Do you ever sleep outside when it's really hot? Or do you always prefer sleeping in the car?
Awesome. I’m actually purchasing some of these things to keep in my car in the event of emergency. I’m not camper. Tfs
I like it 👍
Omg this is goals. Maybe something I’ll do in the future! But I do have a question, without giving specifics, where do you park it while you’re at home? Are you planning to drive it various places across the country and leaving it in different places? What’s on your list for future adventures?
Same question. How do you find longterm storage for the vehicle?
What would you say is the best part and the worst part of solo travel? Looking into doing my first solo adventure this year.
Another question - what have you learned through your various AirBnB stays that you wish you knew when you started picking them? Is there a place you'd like to go back to for a longer stay?
Would be nice to have a little map graphic on the side when you were listing all the places you have driven your jeep through, for those that don't know the US layout of where all the places are.
🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉FINALLY!!!!!!! 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Huzzah! 😁
What inspired you to start traveling solo? I currently just tent camp with my little one but I don’t know if I’m brave enough to travel completely solo through the US. I started watching you back in your party planning days but I’m enjoying watching you travel.
Just read about Winnie followed you through the years with her ❤️🐾🍃🌹🍃
Tfs Jen! Question, you said you checked a bag this time, is that the road tripper tote from REI you showed? Or do you pack a full on suitcase, if so where do you keep it? Seems like it’d take up a bunch of room!
The foldable duffles are great for this ✈️
How do u manage your anxiety? I've thought about doing this sort of adventure, but my anxiety of the unknown would get the best of me. What things do you do to help yours?
Will you please tell us where your store your 4Runner in between your adventures and how you get it to/from each destination? Are there companies that provide this service? It sounds fascinating! Thank you!
This looks like so much fun...it would be tough in our Camry.
You’d be surprised what you can make do with! Do a search on RUclips - you might just find something that would work with your car 🚗
Where are your kiddos when you are doing this? I haven’t watched for a long time and am confused.
I dont know for sure but I guess they are with their dad.
I always wonder about that too
She co-parents with her ex. They have a schedule.
She has shared custody with her ex husband. The kiddos spend some time with her and some time with them. I applaud her for getting out and living life when she isn’t able to live life with her kiddos.
I thought from the video that she had been on the road for 9 ish months so I’m still confused. Her travels sound amazing though and clearly whatever they are doing is working for their family. 😀
thanks for sharing... Do you know the model number of the weathertech sunshade you are using?
I love the 4Runner, but I was wondering if you have considered in the future upgrading to a larger vehicle, such as a van?
Will save for the Q&A 😉
Can’t wait for your Q&A- we used to camp in our full size van and we had more room 👍
How do you charge your Jackery at night. I’m assuming you meant to say during the day with a solar panel. You have inspired me to turn my Rav4 into a camp mobile. That’s for the tips!
So happy for you that you get to do this! Very fun video to watch! ❤❤
I’m so happy you enjoyed it 🚙👍
oh tates hell is amazing Tallahassee sucks that's where we live but tates hell is amazing for quiet camping
I would love to know more about each of your backpacks. what size and brand. thanks!
Have you ever had any worries about safety in your experience of this lifestyle? I guess deciding where to park must be an important factor in that. Is it easy to find safe spots where there are others around? Would love to do this but I am probably too anxious😂
Why does it sit in FL during the winter??
do you get your car shipped around? You keep it so wonderfully organized!! Loved this video
I’m pretty sure she parks it, and then flies to where the car is parked 😊
What has been your favorite adventure with blue so far?
What are the top three things you’ve learned about yourself since starting this kind of traveling?
Would love to know what you’re reading these days 😊
Is there anything you bought for your car camping/hiking/road travel that you thought you would use but haven’t used? Is there anything new you want to purchase for your car camping/hiking/road travel now that you have experience? Thank you!
Do you still do organization videos or have alternate channel(s)?
Hi Jen, I’m so, so sorry about Winnie…I’m a long time follower & loved watching all your videos, especially the ones with her in it… I just have a question…do you worry about your vehicle getting broken in to? It’s a real concern here in California.
That’s a real concern but I hv a feeling Jen has some preventative solution employed already to this effect..
Banff, AB, is western Canada.
Which generation 4runner?
Do you ever camp in winter? If so, How do you stay warm?
Cant go wrong w/ a Toyota
❤️📹🙏
I want camp with you! These videos are inspiring. Im sorry about your sweet Winnie hugs to you and the kids. xo
Do you ever get lonely on the road? I admire all you do on your own but I think it would be amazing to have a partner on the journey as well.
Is there a particular resource you use to find Air B&Bs? You always seem to find great places!
I really enjoy your travel videos - very interesting!
The AirB&B app.
Very smart having that pee jar.
You know it 😉
Enjoyed the tour. I wanted to know from way back in the day, do you still travel with your famous walking pharmacy?
Guys we don’t have to worry about her kidds we care about them and if we followed her for years we have to know how much she cares about kidds and even winnie, all we have to seat relax and enjoy the video..like always…jen wonderful organization video we miss that 💜🙏
Amen!
❤️❤️
You are very organized. I love how you know exactly where everything is. Do other campers ever approach you while you’re camping? How do you so lovingly and patiently deal with people? Stay strong! Stay safe!
Are you Jen's partner? Just curious cause you seem very invested. TFS!
@@LuvsMartinis1 Nope! Just a friend who cares about compassion, common sense caring for people I follow on social media. Why are YOU so invested?? I’ve noticed you’re often around with snarkiness. I continue to wish you well and offer prayers for healing! Have a nice day❤️(will you delete your comment as you usually do)?
@@Paula-xp7ve 😂
@@LuvsMartinis1 See how much better it is to make people smile? Kindness is free! Give it to everyone! Hope your evening is great. Have a 🧁!
@@judysmith2529 I have several hobbies. None of them include online bullying. Is it wrong to speak out or is it just okay for those who live cupcakes??
This girl is definitely a newbie bc she has waaaay too much stuff in the truck and that pee jar is NOT big enough!
I couldn't even watch when I saw how cluttered the front was sorry. I spend a lot of time in my vehicle but i pack away everything nice and neat.
