Once I saw the UMBC shirt, I knew this was going to be a hit piece on Virginia, lol. Seriously, though, great interview, and I too only care about raws in person.
Hey, everyone loves Virginia. It's just not a great state for comics, universities, baseball, football, basketball, crab cakes, and anything fun, in general. 😂
Entertaining and informative discussion. I have slowed bidding on Infinity auctions because a lot more people are participating and mid-grade books (that I have interest in) are going for higher grade prices. I have to find a different, more secluded, fishing hole. It was great while it lasted.
Thank you! I have pulled back from IC for the reasons you stated. Fortunately, I have a number of auction wins to parse through and determine if they should be sent off for pressing and grading. It was great while it lasted; I think when people realize they are overbidding and overpaying that they too will slow down and I can return to those auctions some day but am looking to buy elsewhere for the time being.
