I like that Steve, I made one similar and I think I will modify it a bit closer to this idea of yours.

Greate design, greate video. It's quite a Mechano but performing very, very well. Just finished an adjustable microscope stand that finally consists of "several" parts but does the job. Your construction takes the beauty price however.

Ey up Steve, that’s brill mate, I’ve already copied your first model, and I love it, and I’ll definitely be copying this one, I hope you don’t mind that, but to be honest isn’t that wot we do lol, I have used mine quite a fue times, I am using a Harrison 140 and made he 3 jaw chuck in to an indexing head like yours, and it’s so versatile using your ideas, it’s brill, I would definitely recommend it to all turners, hobby or business, Thank you for you brill ideas, keep em coming buddy, your doing grate 👍🏻😉

Hi Mark Thanks. I'm pleased you like it. No I don't mind at all if you copy them. I have seen copies of the very first toolpost drill I made some years ago. RUclips is great for all sorts of Ideas. I have learned loads from others on here.
I am so pleased with this one. At first I had a bit of vibration when I only had one strut. As soon as I put the long strut on the side and bolted it together, it fixed it. I left that strut long so I could put a velcro strap around it and the drill , to give extra support, but it doesn't really need it.

    Hi Steve
I have 2 lathes, this would be ideal for my 20 yr old Chester 920 lathe, this week end I'm going to sort out parts for it, great videos looking forward to what you come up with next! Coventry 🇬🇧UK 👍.
