Agree 100% with George. So many old timers who think they know it all about the sport - and put it down and spread negativity. They're clueless and hold massively outdated views of what's possible

That was a brilliant film, great work. You are so right about the movies/media inspiring kids, for me it was Rigmarole/ Instant Replay etc. when I was 12 then I went and sailed on a cold brown reservoir in Surrey and thought I was Rush Randle!

It's great to see people ripping in windsurf videos but even better when it's showing a group of people who are insanely happy having fun on a trip together, shredding hard and making progress. I loved the clockwork section and the bit about the future of the industry. Keep doing what you're doing with these films, they're a massive inspiration!
You can feel the passion in every minute of this! The "clock's ticking" section was particularly brilliant. Windsurfing has a bright future with these kinds of ambassadors - hope to share a session one of these days! Keep charging.

@@fitnessandinjury Argh sorry that's my bad. I did have my foot in the strap the whole time yes. These were my first few sessions on the foil and I was kind of teaching myself but that's what worked best for me :)
Hope not that many more people get into it due to limitation of water space haha :P Tbh it is cool when you are not proffesional in anything because you can do whatever you want and not care.

For foilstyle do you just use the back strap for jumping?
You jump by pushing pressure through the foil, combined with the positioning of the sail to get the rotation
