If you have a university in mind that you really wish to go then university track if you don't know which university to apply and wanna have option of 3 then Embassy track. And yes you can choose major that's irrelevant to your previous education. You should be able to convince them about the change then it should be fine 🤗

No the name issue won't be a problem and you can label it as 1 2 3 5 7 8 9 meaning you can ignore that forms that are not required
